Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.wagoninn.rescuegroups.org    BOOST is a very pretty & sweet kitty  hoping to find her forever home!   She loves to be pet and loves to play with her toys.  She  also loves to hang out & is very chill.   Boost's foster parents say that another one of Boost's fav things is to join them in yoga ~ she loves to go in and out of poses!   Boost is really a great cat and has waited a very long time for her forever home.  She was surrendered by her owner over a year ago through no fault of her own.   Boost is currently in a foster home with 2 cats and doing very well.  She might do ok in a home w/other cats but adopter would need to be patient and do a slow intro.  Boost would probably do best as your one & only.     Boost is Spayed, Up to date w/Rabies & FVRCP & Microchipped.  She tested neg/neg re: FIV/FeLV.    Cat Adoption fee = $125 Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.May 1, 2024, 10:50 pm

Story
Blake is a 1.5-year-old Domestic Long-Hair, weighing 11 lbs (most of which is his gorgeously soft white and ginger coat). He spends most of his time sleeping, but wakes up and comes over for scratches when you call him. He seems to live for these interactions. He'll ignore toys and find the hand that throws them instead because he just loves love. His ideal day would involve breakfast, scratches, a nap, some scratches and a brush, another nap, then some more scratches, and then dinner. He has the loudest purr and loves making biscuits, especially when lying on your clothes - and he loves human company, and makes biscuits while purring when he gets to hang out with you. He simply can't get enough. Blake is completely litter box trained, and he's great with people, even strangers. In short, he'll be friends with anyone who can give him a good stroke. When he's left alone he curls up in his corner to sleep. He explores a bit at night, but he's very polite and quiet about it. Blake has Feline Immunodeficiency Virus which means he can't hang out with other cats who don't have the virus. He also has one cauliflower ear and a patch of fur missing from the side of his neck, but neither of these seems to bother him. Blake loves head scratches, chin scratches, neck scratches, body scratches, and tummy scratches, especially when he's being brushed, too. He likes wet food (but eats dry, too), and also likes to sit on a chair at the table when people are sitting around it so that he feels involved. He'll come over when you call him in case it means cuddles, and rubs himself against the furniture, meowing to tell you he wants a pet. If you're looking for a low-energy ball of fluff, then this guy might be your perfect match! Blake is currently being fostered in the East Village, Manhattan NY. The adoption fee for adult cats is $100. All of our cats come spayed or neutered, up to date on vaccines, dewormed, combo tested, microchipped, up to date on flea and tick preventative, and treated for any ailments found upon veterinary examination. The adoption fee covers a portion of these services, and makes it possible for us to continue rescuing animals. For more information on the adoption fees and the adoption process, please complete our adoption application here: https://www.louieslegacy.org/adopt - an application allows us to get to know your family better so we can assess whether the animal you are interested in is a good match for your home. An application does not obligate you to adopt. Please understand that due to the volume of applications some animals receive, we are unable to contact all applicants. If your application is considered a good fit for the pet you are interested in, or even a different pet, a volunteer will give you a call as soon as possible. We are a foster based rescue and do not have a shelter location where animals can be seen during the week. Please see our Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/LouiesLegacy for our weekly adoption album if you are interested in meeting an animal in person. Not all animals attend every adoption event, please check our Facebook page for animal event times and locations before you make a trip to meet a specific animal.

Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Between May 1st and 15th, part of my adoption fee is sponsored! Thanks to the Bissell Pet Foundation's Empty the Shelters campaign, my new family can take me home for $25! Meet Frappe! She is a 2 year old, 6lb calico/tabby cat who has a small, sweet meow and will follow you for attention. She likes her space, but she's also a cuddler and will gladly sleep in bed with you. Her fur is incredibly soft and she has a cute tail that always seems poofy. If she's not investigating little corners for fun and mischief, Frappe can be found lounging in the nearest bed. Frappe is also litter trained and pretty clean when it comes to the bathroom. Her favorite times of the day are breakfast and dinner. She will meow to let you know she's hungry-she likes to use her words! She will let you pick her up, but will also let you know if she's ready to get down. She's pretty inquisitive and has been known to get along with dogs, as long as they don't play too rough. If you're looking for a curious, medium energy bundle of joy then Frappe might be the cutie for you! Frappe is currently being fostered in Red Hook, Brooklyn. Her adoption fee is $100. Meet Tiny Dancer, a gentle and affectionate feline looking for her forever home! Tiny Dancer has been thriving in foster care, showing her resilient and loving nature every day. She is a 2 year old, 8-pound tabby that is soft to the touch and has mesmerizing green eyes that will capture your heart. Tiny Dancer is a playful girl who enjoys chasing feather toys and fake mice, as well as finding high surfaces to jump up and lounge on. She's also a great cuddler and loves to curl up on your lap or beside you for cozy naps. Tiny Dancer is litter box trained, spayed, and up to date on all vaccinations, so she's ready to join your family right away.
