Story

Edward is a beautiful, big 3–4-year-old hunk of love. This boy is as gorgeous and loving as you can get with a cat. Edward was owned since a kitten and only recently did the owner decide she can no longer keep him. She was going to surrender him to a shelter, which means an immediate death sentence for owner surrenders when the shelter is full, and the shelter was. One of our fosters heard about the situation and they only gave her a day to decide, and she stepped up and took him to make sure he wasn’t killed. He is very submissive. The other cats the owner had picked on him all the time and he never fought back. He needs a home without other dominant animals where they won’t bully and pick on him. Edward has adjusted amazingly in his new foster home. He gets along great with other cats, and he doesn’t mind friendly dogs. He has been raised with children and does wonderful with them too. The foster picks him up and carries him around and he loves to be held and coddled. Edward loves to sit on the very top of the cat tower and just look around and see what’s going on. He is very calm and very much a lap cat. He would do best in a more chill home without tons of activity and wants a cat that loves to cuddle and relax. Edward will make a wonderful cat for the perfect human/family. Please consider adopting him today. Hudson, Asher, Penelope, Riley and Ava are 5 gorgeous all black kittens that are the MOST loving, sweet and wonderful kittens you’ll meet. You really can not get more friendly than these 5. They were born in a home, their mom is a Siamese cat and dad is unknown. Oddly enough, not one was born with Siamese colors either! We estimate they’re about 5 months old. There are 3 females (Penelope, Riley and Ava) and 2 males (Hudson and Asher). They have been raised in a home since birth, being handled constantly by humans. This has made them into such amazing cats as they’ve been growing. They absolutely LOVE human attention and aim to please their humans. They’re not like some cats where it’s the cat’s way or the highway – These babies want to please you and be next to you. Hudson, Asher, Penelope, Riley and Ava have been raised in a home with other cats and 3 dogs. They get along wonderfully with all animals in the household and would do amazing with other animals in the home. If you’re looking for a cat that will cuddle with your dog, one of these kittens would be perfect. They are fully litter box trained. They love their toys and treats! If you want a cat that will sit in your lap and make you laugh all within a couple minutes, 1 of these 5 would be perfect for you. They are all very similar in personality and just truly great cats. Hudson, Asher, Penelope, Riley and Ava would thrive in quiet homes, medium active homes and high active homes. They’re just all around the best cats and can/will adapt very easily to changes. Story

Sassy is a beautiful calico cat who is around 1.5-2 years old. This sweet girl hasn’t had the easiest life. Prior to our rescue taking her in, she was with another rescue who adopts out of Petco and Petsmart, where she was sent. Being in a glass box was not for Sassy. Being poked, prodded and stared at every day for hours upon hours turned her from a very loving cat to a very scared and withdrawn one. This is when the rescue decided to surrender her to us where we could safely put her in a foster home. She has been in the foster home for about 5 weeks and has come out of her shell and learned she’s safe once again. No more glass boxes for her. The foster says this about her: Friendly Vocal – Loves to talk to you Loves to explore and roam around Loves cat trees Learning to love what toys are again Gets along with other cats, but prefers her own space Would do fine with older children, ideally no young ones for Sassy Dogs would be fine with slow introductions (refer to picture with dog in the background) Wonderful lap cat Very Entertaining Inside Only Sassy is a more calm cat that loves to lay around and just hang out. She likes to do what she wants, when she wants, which is typical for a calico. Sassy is spayed, FIV/ FLV Tested negative, current on vaccinations, microchipped, will be seen by a vet and given a clean bill of health prior to adoption. Story

Remey, Roy and Renee are 3 beautiful orange tabbies that are about 7-8 months old and so gentle and sweet. They have absolutely gorgeous bold orange coloring that just shine in the sunlight. These sweet babies were born in a home with an elderly lady and her son, and they were going to keep them but unfortunately the elderly lady fell ill and could no longer afford to care for them or safely care for them any longer. Thankfully, a wonderful foster stepped up and got these babies to safety before they were sent to a shelter where they would more likely be euthanized due to overcrowding. There are 2 males (Roy and Remey) and 1 female (Renee) These babies have taken a little time to adjust; therefore we do not recommend young children with them. They do get along wonderfully with other cats and as you can see in the video, are exposed to dogs and can live happily with them. Renee, Remey and Roy are calmer cats and would love a home that wants a cat that likes to sit on their lap, relax and sunbathe. They are out of their kitten stage so they won’t tear up your furniture but rather enjoy it like it should be. While they are calm, they do love their toys from time to time and request they have toys in their toy chest to play with when they want to. They LOVE treats and will come right when a bag is shaken and wait patiently while you give them treats. These babies are spayed/neutered, current on vaccinations, dewormed, current on prevention, microchipped an will receive a clean bill of health from a veterinarian prior to adoption. Story

Valkyrie is a gorgeous, 2-year-old female calico cat that is looking for her full-time lap to sit on. Val has been raised in a home in the south Texas area where unfortunately, her owner can no longer keep her. She has been raised since a kitten, therefore she is very outgoing. As you can see from the video, she absolutely loves her pets and will sit there for as long as you pet her, which can be all day. Val has been raised around other cats, dogs and older children. She would do wonderfully with young children though, she’s just that friendly. One of Val’s quirks is that she LOVES to talk to you and will talk loudly to you. She will tell you all about her night, her day, the birds outside and how fast the grass grew that day. She is loud, proud and will keep you laughing. Val is such a good girl and will adjust to most households just fine. She is a very relaxed cat that just loves to love. A cat tree, your hand, and a couch are all her heart desires (as well as food!) Valkyrie is fixed, current on vaccinations, current on flea prevention, and microchipped.
