Story
Meet Trippie, a lovely, brown tabby lady found as a stray with a name that’s a nod to her little life adventures! Trippie`s foster mom says that though she tolerates her older, male cat, it takes her some time to warm up and she would thrive as a solo kitty. However, if given time to adjust, she will learn to cohabitate just fine! Trippie loves string toys, crinkle toys, and of course, the laser light, so playtime would be a blast!! She has an affinity for snacks...so might be best to watch that this lovely lady doesn`t get too many...as her previous injury causes her to favor the back, right leg; and we wouldn`t want that extra weight to hinder her playful nature!!Trippie`s foster mom says, `Trippie is a sweet little rascal with lots of love to give. She requires a bit of time to adjust, but once settled, she is a very affectionate and easy-going cat. If you’re looking for a lap cat with a beautiful face to become the center of your world, you’ve found that in Trippie!`Will you take a chance on a soft and tender girl like Trippie, and make her next journey the best yet? E-mail foster@toledohumane.org to start the adoption process!!

ChatGPT said:Meet Abbott — a sweet, friendly boy with a curious spirit and a heart full of love. This handsome fellow is always ready to make new friends, especially if you come bearing Temptations treats, his absolute favorite.Abbott enjoys the company of other cats and does well with them after a slow, gentle introduction. He doesn’t mind being picked up, and he happily soaks up all the head pets you’re willing to give. If he wants a little extra attention, he may playfully bat at you just to remind you he’s there.Abbott is FIV-positive, but that doesn’t stop him from living a full, happy life. With proper care and regular vet visits, FIV cats can thrive for many years. If you’re looking for an affectionate, curious, and charming companion, Abbott is ready to brighten your home with his lovable personality and endless sweetness.Abbott is FIV+ which means feline immunodeficiency virus. FIV typically causes a weakening of the cats immune system. FIV- positive cats can live normal lives, both in quality and duration. they just need to be monitored for infections and dental issues. But if they`re well cared for, they can be healthy, happy, wonderful pets! Find more information at bestfriends.orgStop by and meet him today!

Story
Meet Ursula! Uma, Umbra, Ursula, Uber, and Uno were brought to THS as itty bitty kittens who were sickly and under-socialized. Lucky for them, a dedicated foster mom took them home and got them better and more eager to cuddle and play! They love snacks and are ready to find their furrever homes where they can get all the toys and treats they so deserve!!Ursula`s foster mom says that Ursula, and her sister Uber, would come to her for attention every time she walked in the room! They are playful and confident. Ursula will be someone’s shadow and follow them everywhere. Both go nuts for a fishing wand toy!Upon arrival, a routine blood test showed a positive result for Feline Leukemia Virus (FeLV) on just this kitten. It is recommended that FeLV positive cats live as an only cat, or with other confirmed positive cats. FeLV is not contagious to people or dogs. Positive cats will have a weakened immune system, and it will be important that they remain housed indoors only and receive preventative care. This kitten has not had a confirmation test, and it is recommended to have one done within 2-5 months of adoption, to confirm a true negative result. You may find more information about FeLV at https://resources.bestfriends.org/article/feline-leukemia-felv-faqs.Want to hear the good news? This kitten`s adoption fee is WAIVED!!
