Willett is a Catahoula Leopard Dog with endless energy. He enjoys walks in the woods and running around in the backyard. Willett enjoys playing fetch inside and outside. Willett is a great runner and can run multiple miles a day on a leash with an avid runner. Willett is one and half years old. Unfortunately due to our kids allergies and busy sports activities Willett doesnt get enough time out being a dog. We want Willett to go to a home with a large backyard or farm where he can have the time to run around and play. Willett will come with two large cages, dog bed, dog bowl, and his toys.

Ida Mae is a country girl, she loves the outdoors and the farm life.  She was dumped near a farm and the woman there was kind enough to take her in and put weight back on her and get her vetted.  Unfortunately many dogs are dumped here so she patiently awaits a home of her own. Ida Mae prefers the outdoors and would be a great camping and hiking partner or would love to live and work on a farm.  She is good with most farm animals though we don't know about cats. Ida Mae is located in Tignall GA where there is no formal animal control facility and very little help for homeless pets. Please be willing to meet in the Athens or Madison, GA area -- which is about halfway between here and their foster (who cares for many and can't be too far from home base). We are open intake, meaning we can not turn away animals from either county we serve. Our shelter intakes double or triple it's capacity every month so it is essential we place animals quickly into adoptive homes.
