++ REQUIRES ANOTHER DOG IN THE HOME ++ NAME: Jane Challis (part of our "Doom Patrol" group) AGE/GENDER: 3 year old female TEMPERAMENT: Shy, sweet WEIGHT: 35 pounds HOUSE TRAINING: TBD CRATE TRAINING: TBD OTHER DOGS: Jane would benefit from having another dog in the home to help build her confidence and be her playmate. CATS: Jane would likely be best in a home without cats. CHILDREN: Dog-respectful children, 8 and older ADOPTION DONATION: $550 HEALTH: Jane is spayed, microchipped, flea treated, dewormed, and is current on vaccines. Your adoption donation goes toward offsetting the cost of this vet care as well as other incidental costs of care. HISTORY: Jane came to us from a rescue in Hawaii. Motley Zoo Animal Rescue was asked to find her a great forever family and that is exactly what we plan to do! NOTES FROM FOSTER HOME: Jane is a sweet girl who is quite shy. She loves being out in the yard and playing with the dog in her foster home. Once inside, she feels most comfortable in her crate. She will need a home with another dog so she can keep building her confidence. All dogs adopted from Motley Zoo come with a leash and Martingale collar (or a harness, if necessary), depending on each dog's particular needs. Each dog also receives a "Tour Gear Bag" full of brochures, coupons, and supplies for your new pup! ABOUT MOTLEY ZOO: Welcome to Motley Zoo Animal Rescue! We are a rock and roll themed, volunteer-run, foster based, 501(c)(3) non-profit animal rescue organization based in Redmond, WA. Motley Zoo is a FOSTER BASED organization, which means our rescue animals are cared for in private foster homes (or partnering pet stores) where the animals receive one-on-one care and attention in a home environment until permanent placement is found. We do not have animals available for casual viewing and same day adoption. Due to the volunteer run structure and decentralized/ virtual nature of a foster based group, an approved application is required to make an adoption appointment for any of our animals. We will work toward getting you approved as an adopter so that we can set a time for you to meet your new best friend!
