This little chi/pug mix girl was born at DASH when her mom, Sassy, came to the rescue very heavily pregnant. Morgan and her siblings were born via C-Section shortly after. Since being with her foster mom, she is thriving and is a typical puppy. She is still very young, so she hasn't started learning many of her puppy manners, so her new family will need to be ready and willing to work with her on that journey to being the best puppy ever. She has been around her siblings and other small dogs in her foster home, but has not been cat or kid tested. Due to her smaller size, very young rambunctious children may not be the best fit. She was very scared when she first came to DASH and very protective of her puppies. The great news is while in her foster home, she has finished raising her puppies and she has come around to be a very sweet, loving little lad. She can be a little shy upon meeting new people, but does warm up after just a little while. Since she was raising her puppies, she is just now working on crate training, potty training and walking on a leash and her new home will need to continue to help her with those things. She gets along with the other small dogs in her foster home, but has not been kid or cat tested. She just really wants a home that will show her all the love she deserves and to be someone's forever companion. Junior came to DASH from a rural shelter in southern Ohio where he and several other dogs were taken from a horrible housing situation. Junior is currently in our DASH Prison Program where he is learning what love and comfort are. He is working on his basic commands and is said to be crate trained, housebroken and walks well on a leash. He is a sweet and loveable guy despite all that he has been through in his short life. He is energetic when out playing in the yard, but then is ready to relax and chill inside. He gets along with other dogs, but has not been kid or cat tested. You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Online Adoption Application › Introducing Snowy! Snowy came to DASH with two other small dogs from a not so great situation. Since coming into the rescue and being at her current foster, she has gained a lot of confidence and has really come out of her shell. She is still a little shy on meeting new people, but will warm up after a short while. She is crate trained, mostly potty trained and is still working on her leash manners, so she would do best with a fenced in yard where she can feel comfortable going outside on her terms to potty and explore. This beautiful girl is great with other dogs her size and the cats in her foster home. She has not been kid tested and due to her shyness, children under the age of 10 are not recommended.
