Meet Sheila - a sweet, gentle, fluffy girl, in search of her forever family! This beautiful girl is a Collie/Shiba Inu mix, and is estimated to be around 11yr old. She is deaf and has some arthritis - but that doesn&#39t impact her ability to be a wonderful member of a family! She&#39s house trained, low key, and is both dog and kid friendly. Her favorites activities include going for a walk (excellent leash manners!) and getting belly rubs! Sheila would do well in a variety of homes, but would love a family who is familiar with hearing impaired dogs (this is not required). She is very smart and responds well to hand signals. She would be a good fit for a condo/townhouse, and does not require a fenced yard. A home with limited stairs would be a plus! Her foster Mom describes her as special, gentle, and calm - the ultimate companion! If you are looking for a pup that won&#39t require much exercise, but will give you back lots of love and snuggles, then Sheila is the girl for you! Sheila is spayed, fully vaccinated, and microchipped. Meet Odie! Odie is one of many dogs we have saved from rural Upson County lately. Being a very small, rural shelter the dogs are only held for a very short stray hold before they are at risk of euthanasia. Thankfully they have a very dedicated group of volunteers who work tirelessly to try to get the dogs to safety before their time runs out Odie is about a year and a half old and not even 35 lbs - what a great age and size! It's hard to know for sure what breed he is given that he was a stray but those tell tale spots could mean there is some heeler or maybe even bird dog in there. We prefer to think of him as 100% purebred Rescue Mutt - the best kid of dog there is! Odie is great with other dogs and has learned to really love his crate as well. He's a super social guy who was a big hit at one of our adoption events recently - stopping to greet all of the new people he came upon. This well rounded lovebug will make an amazing addition to one lucky family! Interested in adopting?
