Raiden – Available 18 Month Old, 36 pound, neutered Shepherd/Shar Pei/Husky Mix Hi I’m Raiden. A 36 pound make Shepherd mix. I say mix cause my DNA report says I’m a little of a bunch. Yup best ways to say I’m a Supermutt, a Chicago Shepherd or a Heinz 57, you choose. I’m house trained and crate trained. So I can be apprehensive at first but I warm up quickly and turn into quite the snuggle bug. I also act like I’m not trained but I know sit and down. I come when called, but walking on a leash I could use some extra work on. I love dogs big and small. The more they play the more I play. When it's couch time I’m good with that too. Cats are pretty foreign to me. Foster mom thinks I might be a bit too much for a feline friend. I met kids and I like them. Again they have to let me warm up to them. Raiden’s adoption fee is $425. Hi I’m Star! Born around July 30th this year I came up to IL a few weeks ago as a litter of 7 and have been having a lot of fun in my foster’s home in our playpen, but now I am ready for my own forever family. I’ve done great with their dogs (10, 30, 80lbs) and kids (9 & 13). I use the potty pads in our area thus housetraining should be easier. We also have a crate we can go in to sleep at night. We aren’t big into puppy biting because toys are more fun. I will make a great addition to a family that understands Rescue is the best breed and I likely have a mix of Border Collie, Great Pyr, and Shepherd in me. I will probably be a bigger medium sized dog full grown.   I am probably the most playful of all my siblings, so if you are looking for someone to run with, throw a ball, or play with my toys, look no further. I am also incredibly sweet and love to hang out with you while you pet me. Meet Coco- a dashing 4-year-old Collie/Shepherd/Terrier type mix who came to us after being surrendered to another shelter. He weighs in around 35lbs, though is a bit skinny, so will likely even out around 38lbs. He is a playful and fun guy, who enjoys walks and running around outside. He's an active dog and doesn't mind wading in his kiddie pool! Coco is a bit selective with his dog friends and has done best with submissive females. Coco walks well on a harness and is very curious about exploring his surroundings. He can be nervous meeting new people and will need slow introductions. He has been moved around quite a bit recently, so we would love to get him back in a home!
