Story
Honey- Hi, my name is “Honey Bun”! I was a stray living in a baseball complex in Pontotoc, Ms. I am approx. 8-10 months old, 39 lb, female, spayed, I kennel wonderfully, extremely sweet, not a mean bone in my body. The ball field workers said I had been there for a while. They put a collar on me and tried to feed me when they were there (a couple times a week maybe). It was way tooo hot and lonely there for a sweet pup like me. Friday night a camper pulled into my ball park parking lot and I made friends instantly! The people watched how I interacted with kids, dogs, and other adults all weekend. They said I was the sweetest pup! I loved playing with all the kids at the park!!! My camper friends had 2 border collies and 2 kids to play with me, I was in heaven. I stuck to them like glue and they ended up giving me a bath and traveling home with me to their house! I am looking for my FOREVER home! I am good with other dogs, kids of any age, and adults. All I need is someone to love me and teach me about the world! Once adopted Honey Bun will travel via private transport (transport cost is $150.00) to a location closest to you. If you would like to make this beauty part of your family please follow the link below to our application. https://forms.gle/APKvbgFJcaRvgKgk9

Cleo is one of four puppies. They are all very smart, sweet natured, cuddly and gentle. They are deserving of a great forever home! She is house trained by a puppy door leading out to a fenced in backyard. She is fully vetted. She would get along great with any age. Her three sisters are adopted and much loved by their adopters. When adopter loved first sister so much that she came and adopted the second one. Her very low adoption fee includes transport fee. Post covid has wreaked havoc on rescues and shelters in Kentucky. Sadly, innocent animals are losing their lives due to overcrowding. strayhearts7@outlook.com. Please include your phone number when responding. Story
Who’s ready for some fun! I AM I AM! My name is Maggie but I was almost named Maga-daba-doo similar to what Fred Flintstone used to say when he was excited. That’s me all the time. I’m all about happiness and excitement! I’m 3 months old, a Collie/Beagle mix and I came here to NY from SC with my siblings. I’m 12 pounds of FUN and SILLYNESS. I’m so curious about everything and I have no fear. I want to explore and have adventures. If you want to laugh and have non-stop entertainment then I’m your girl! Come get me and bring me home. I promise we’ll never have a dull moment and we’ll go through life having so much fun together. Thank you so much for your interest in adopting a dog from A New Chance Animal Rescue (https://anewchancear.org). We are a 501c3, tax deductible organization. ANCAR is a foster-based rescue, and we adopt within a 90 mile radius of Bedford Hills, NY. You will find the adoption application here: (https://anewchancear.org/adopt/adoption-application/). All fields on the application must be completed. Please read about the adoption process (https://www.anewchancear.org/adopt/our-adoption-process/) so you'll know what to expect when you submit. Our dogs are in foster care and we do NOT have a shelter or boarding facility. AN APPLICATION MUST BE COMPLETED IN FULL AND APPROVED BEFORE A DOG CAN BE MET. This is a firm policy. Our busy volunteers are not able to respond to questions about the dog or dog meeting requests in the absence of an application. We know these dogs very well because they are in foster care. Please read the profiles of the dog(s) you are interested in prior to submitting an application. If there are specific requirements stated (ie: Fenced Yard or Canine Friend Required) these are included because they are vital to the happiness, health, safety and adoption success of that dog. We are only able to save as many dogs as we have foster homes (https://www.anewchancear.org/foster/faqs/) and resources for. We provide medical care including vaccinations, testing, deworming, spaying/neutering and microchipping before transporting our dogs. We provide all supplies, preventatives and any follow up vet care necessary while they are in foster care. These costs are high and the number of lives we can save is entirely dependent upon donations from people like you. We do not receive funding from private foundations or government sources. If you can find room in your heart to help us, with any amount, we are truly grateful (https://www.anewchancear.org/help/donate/). We are a 501c3 organization, so all donations are tax-deductible. It is only through the kindness of supporters like you that we are 'changing lives...one tail at a time' by providing our dogs with 'A New Chance.' (https://anewchancear.org) Thanks so much.

Story
Named after the area I came from in SC I’m the leader of my sibling pack. I’m 3 months old going on 3 years because I’m wiser than just a pup mostly likely due to being a Collie/Beagle mix. But don’t let that fool you; I’m still a 12 pound puppy in every sense of the word. I LOVE to play with toys. The more toys the better. Squeaky squirrels, rolling balls, a rope to chew, you name it, I’ll try it. I’m looking for a partner to play with you. Could it be you?? I’m also super soft. Once you feel my fur you won’t want to stop petting me. Don’t worry, I’ll let you. I love being pet just as much as I love toys! I miss being in a home, you see I was fostered since I was born. Would you please come foster or adopt me? Martin is available for adoption but is also in need of a foster home. Story
Hi, My name is Millie. I’m 3 months old and I weight 12 pounds but I’m growing fast. I came to the NY from SC with my brother and sister, we’re from a litter of Collie/beagle mixes. I’m lucky to have traveled with them because they’re much braver than I am. I’m a little shy and scared of new things. Thankfully I have very nice people showing me the way. Even though I’m shy I warm up really fast, especially when I get some good love and cuddles. Toys are okay but I’d much rather be on your lap. I’m calmer than my siblings and I’m looking forward to hanging out with my new family, learning new things and spreading joy to those I love. I’m not a big fan of the kennel environment since I’ve been in foster home since I was born. So please consider fostering or adopting me! Millie is available for adoption but is also in need of a foster home.
