Hershey is a 1–2 year old Dachshund mix with a big personality. This spunky little girl is full of energy and loves being close to her people—wherever you are, that’s exactly where she wants to be. She’s doing wonderfully with house training and is making great progress learning the ropes on a leash. Hershey is crate trained, settles in nicely, and has proven to be non-destructive in her foster home. Hershey is mostly indifferent to cats and can coexist just fine. With other dogs, she’s still learning that she doesn’t always have to keep her favorite human all to herself. She can get a little possessive of attention, but she’s improving with consistency and guidance. Because of this, she could thrive either as an only dog soaking up all the love, or in a home with another dog (and humans) that understands her need for boundaries and a little reassurance. Hershey is a fun, affectionate companion who will keep you smiling with her lively spirit and devotion. Hi! My name is Willow Ray! I am a 2 year old (June 19 2023) spayed female dachshund/border Collie mix. I've lived with my current parents since I was 8 weeks old and have 3 other siblings, I have recently decided that I would like to be an only child! I LOVE to snuggle, sleep under blankets, be outside in ANY weather, and go for walks. I am kennel trained (kennel up) and never go potty in the house. I know my basic commands and am very gentle when it comes to food/treats. I am not a fan of car rides but i do okay for them and not a fan of young kids. I am really scared of loud noises like fireworks and thunder. I am a very sweet girl but just want a home I can be center of attention! Can't wait to meet you soon! Willow is a very sweet and loving girl but has gone after and injured one of the other dogs. She is cautious with new people and can get nervous but once she warms up she is a lover! She has never hurt a child but does not like young children. She deserves a good home and life
