She calmly followed her foster mom through daily chores, happily tagging along while horses were fed and the day unfolded. She stayed close, took everything in stride, and displayed gentle, respectful manners that made it clear she’s a natural at fitting in most anywhere . One of Camila’s most endearing qualities? She truly loves cats . She happily befriended the resident feline and would welcome a kitty in her forever home. Calm, easygoing, and incredibly sweet, Camila has a soothing presence that makes everyone around her feel at ease . Camila is affectionate without being demanding, loyal without being clingy, and content just being near her people . Q LOVEs: couch buddy, walk on leash, hike off leash, returns when called, car rides, dog parks, potty trained, all shots current, healthy, 17lb, 10yrs He came to me 2yrs ago, was considered "challenging dog" - I took him bc I'm a vanlifer and could provide time/energy to train him. We've done well, now ready for a home that can give him a bit more space than a van (apt/house both are great) CURRENT NEEDS: some body handling sensitivity remains. For washing him, walk in shower is great. He doesn't like nail trims and tooth brushing, but loves dental treats! I'm happy to share all I've learned. He will do amazing w someone who is willing to build trust and continue train. TRANSPARENCY: he has bit me in very early stage bc I tried to bathe him w/o proper knowledge. He now enjoys warm shower on his body bc I educated myself. It's often the humans, not the dogs!

Hi! I'm Buddy, a 4-year-old Dachshund mix. I'm an enthusiastic Aquarius who loves blue skies, going on walks, and hanging out w humans! I am crate-trained and love routine or adventure. I have a bit of anxiety in new situations, but I warm up quickly! I am sweet, smart, and will be a great companion for someone. My anxiety sometimes manifests as barking while alone -- if someone is willing to work with me, I can learn. My human advocate is also willing to put me through a reputable 4-week training program to help me learn. Give me a chance and I will not let you down!
