Story
Luna is great on walks. She does like to smell all the things so I typically let her lead. She is great in her crate. She likes to build herself a little nest and be covered. She is potty trained. We have had a few poop accidents when she is not let out in a timely manner. Typically this is just a result of poor communication with my partner and I. She also wanted to mark everything when she first came to us. She loves a good stuffed animal. She enjoys cuddling with her people and will take naps near them.  ##2782213##

Story
Let us introduce you to this one-of-a-kind low rider, Mia! At a whopping 35 inches long and one foot off the ground, Mia is ready to strut into your heart one wiggle at a time. She is estimated to be about 8 yrs old (best guess) and 24 pounds.   Mia is a dachshund mix with the most precious features. She has striking eyes, lopsided velvety soft ears and an eagerness to cuddle. Although she took some time to warm up, she has taken an interest in toys, running around outside, and her fellow canine companions.   We are currently working on Mia’s diet and exercise as she could benefit from shedding a few pounds (she has lost 6 pounds!  stunning girl!). She is a great listener and is adjusting well to walks, along with basic commands. Mia is crate-trained too, which makes it easy to know that she’s safe when humans are not around.    Mia’s ideal day would be snuggling for hours followed by a long walk. Once Mia finds her human, she will be attached at the hip and hope you are as into her as she is into you. She would thrive as an only child just as well with dogs her size or smaller, or dogs with her temperament.    Mia is the perfect girl waiting to explore the world with her new family! Put in an application at eapl.com Her adoption fee is $375        August 26, 2026, 10:59 am

Story
These boys are brothers. Eggnog and Lucky. They're 4 and 4 1/2. They both have very vibrant personalities however I no longer have the time to give them the care and training they need. Unfortunate circumstances have led to me having to rehome them. I would like to rehome them together.Lucky is missing a paw and eggnog is a runt so they're both a little special.

Story
Kojo is a sweet 6-year-old, 12-pound dachshund looking for his forever home. After his person became ill and could no longer care for him, Kojo’s world changed suddenly. He’s now safe in foster care and ready for his next chapter. Kojo is fully vetted and recently had 12 teeth removed—but his appetite hasn’t missed a beat! A little warm water in his kibble does the trick. Kojo is affectionate and loves being close to his people (especially snuggling in bed!), but he’ll need a patient, consistent home to help him continue building confidence. He can be shy and barky around unfamiliar people, dogs and sounds, and he’s still working on potty training. A predictable routine and belly band help him succeed. He can be crated for short periods and has been left alone for about 3 hours. Kojo can also be a little escape artist, so extra care around open doors is important! Most of all, Kojo needs someone who understands that he’s been through a lot of change and is willing to give him the time and security he needs to settle in. August 24, 2026, 11:59 am

Story
Penny - small young mix 17lbs, spayed female Penny was found on the streets of TX covered in fleas and ticks Penny is noted to be an energetic girl that will need an active home. She is no couch potato however can be a snuggle bug when she wants to! She loves to run and play and would do good with another dog of similar energy levels. She has been known to be too much for some older/ lower energy dogs. We reccommend older kids in the home due to her high activity level. She is currently living with 2 cats and seems to be indifferent. House training is going well! She sleeps through the night in her crate and takes crate breaks. Is a little vocal at first though calms down after about 10-15 minutes. Her foster mom is working with her on some clinginess but shes taking the redirection very well! Medical: **Spayed 7/24 **Microchipped **Up to date on basic shots (bordetella, lepto, rabies and DHPP) **4dx testing completed, heartworm negative and Anaplasma positive and already being treated with no symptoms
