Meet Cholula 🌶️All the flavor. None of the burn.Cholula is the kind of dog who makes you feel instantly loved. She doesn’t just hang out with her people — she commits. Hugs are welcome, lap naps are encouraged, and sleeping pressed up next to you is her preferred arrangement. At just 10 months old, this sweet Dachshund mix has already figured out the good stuff: playing with other dogs, running around the yard, curling up for naps, and being right where her people are. She’s affectionate without being overwhelming, playful without being chaotic, and has the happiest little personality. She’s been doing great with potty training, walks comfortably on leash, rides nicely in the car, and kennels quietly when needed. Cholula is eager to please, polite around food, and truly just wants to be part of a family.Spicy name aside, she’s pure love.Adoption Details:• Approx. 10 months old | ~15 lbs | Dachshund mix• Adoption fee: $500• Located in Kenosha, WI• She will be spayed prior to adoptionApply to adopt at www.biggiepawsrescue.orgDATCP # 494550

Story
Jack the Dachshund Mix Puppy's Story Jack (affectionately known as Jaquavius, or “JQ,” in his foster home) is the only boy in Sage’s litter and already has a big personality to match his many names — he even responds to JQ, which always gets a laugh. We believe Jack is a Dachshund mix, and he’ll be 8 weeks old on February 13th, when he’ll be ready to head to his forever home. Jack has been raised in a busy foster home with multiple dogs and children, helping him grow into a confident, well-socialized puppy. He’s playful, curious, and loves engaging with the world around him. Jack is excited to find a family who’s ready for all the fun, learning, and cuddles that come with welcoming a puppy into their home. He is working hard on potty training, however his new family should be prepared to do additional training while he learns the routine at his new home. He is up to date on vaccines, dewormed and microchipped, and he comes with his medical records and interstate health certificate from a veterinary examination, which certifies him to be in good condition. His adoption fee is $500, which will be used to support the many animals in our care whose medical bills far surpass their much lower adoption fee. Story
Maxie the Dachshund Mix Puppy!'s Story Maxie is a sweet, playful Dachshund-mix puppy and the daughter of mama Sage. She has a beautiful black and white coat and will be 8 weeks old on February 13th, when she’ll be ready to head home to her forever family. Maxie has been raised in a busy foster home with multiple dogs and children, helping her grow into a well-rounded, social puppy. She’s curious, affectionate, and excited to start her next adventure with a family of her own who’s ready for all the fun (and puppy antics!) that come with a young pup. She is working on her potty training, however her new family should be prepared to do additional training while she learns the routine at her new home as she is just a young puppy. She is up to date on vaccines, dewormed and microchipped, and she comes with her medical records and interstate health certificate from a veterinary examination, which certifies her to be in good condition. Story
Meet Miley! Miley is a sweet and adorable 4-year-old Dachshund mix with a gentle heart and a loving personality. She absolutely adores people and gets along well with other dogs. She’s still learning what it means to be part of a fully loving family, so she’ll do best with patient humans who are willing to help her build confidence and show her how good life can be. Miley does wonderfully in a crate — she’s quiet and sleeps comfortably as long as her people are nearby. When left alone, she may bark a bit, but she’s making progress as she settles in. She’s also working on potty training and truly trying her best. She’s gentle with both people and dogs, but don’t be fooled — Miley loves to have fun! She enjoys walks and does great on leash. She does have a prey drive, so a home without cats (or with very cat-savvy owners) would be best. Miley is a loving, playful girl who just needs the right family to help her continue to blossom. With patience, consistency, and lots of love, she’s sure to thrive.
