We DO NOT adopt out of state Minerva is a very loving 15 lb 3 m old mix of not really sure what. Minnie has the cutest lil underbite. She is a typical puppy but pretty calm for her age. She loves to sit in your lap and snuggle. Minnie as we call her also enjoys her toys and bed. She gets along well with other dogs. As with most pups she will need training. Minnie is pretty smart and will learn quick. We are working on house training. Her ideal home will have a fenced back yard. Born around November 8, 2024, this sweet Dachshund mix weighs just 14 pounds—the perfect size for cuddles and companionship. Cindy Lou came to us with her sister Wendy after their previous owner had to move and couldn’t take them along. Thankfully, a kind-hearted Petsmart employee stepped in and asked for help.  Cindy Lou was adopted, but was returned after five months thru no fault of her own.  The family loved her, but they had a small child they needed their undivided attention.  So Cindy Lou need to find a new forever home of her own! Cindy Lou is a toy-loving, dog-friendly girl who absolutely loves attention. Whether it's playtime or cuddle time, she’s happiest when she’s around people and other pups. With her loving personality and bright spirit, she’ll make a wonderful addition to any home. Her adoption fee is $300, and you can apply to meet this little love at www.adoggie4you.org. Give Cindy Lou the second chance she deserves—you’ll gain a loyal friend for life. Meet Tex – Your Loyal Little Lookout! 🐾 Tex is an approximately 2-year-old Dachshund/Chihuahua mix (or at least that’s our best guess), and he’s the perfect blend of small size and big heart. This sweet boy came to us from a rural shelter where he was very shut down and scared. Since arriving in his foster home, Tex has truly blossomed into a much more relaxed and confident pup. Now that he knows he’s safe, Tex enjoys the comforts of home life: lounging around, following his humans, and hanging out with the other dogs in the house. He’s also curious about the cats, though if they dart off too quickly, he might give a bark or two to let them know he noticed. Tex is an excellent little alert dog who takes his job seriously. If something unusual is happening around the property or if a sneaky squirrel dares to raid the bird feeder, Tex will sound the alarm. He’s got a great nose for mischief and will keep your porch squirrel-free. Tex would thrive in a calm, low-activity home where he can build a strong bond with his adopter. Once he knows he’s safe and loved, he’ll likely become your loyal little shadow. Tex is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on all vaccines and preventions. Please note: Tex is only eligible for local adoption in the San Antonio area at this time. It took him several months to fully warm up in his foster home, and we are hoping to find an adopter nearby.
