Story
Pip (for Pipsqueak!) is the sweetest Doxie mix at 1 years + 11 pounds. She was a stray and landed herself in a great southern foster home with multiple resident dogs, big and small. NEEDS FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME from Amesbury MA on 2/21. Pip appears to be house trained and hasn’t had an accident in her kennel yet. She LOVES her people and really likes similarly sized dogs. Though meets all, big and small, appropriately and with a nice tail wag!  Her southern foster mom thinks she is confident enough to be an only dog. She currently has access to a fenced yard and foster home has a part time work schedule so she is in and out throughout the day.  Preference is given to adopters willing to pre-adopt (commit to) a puppy or dog before arrival to MA. Pups not pre-adopted are available to meet in their MA foster homes after your application is approved. Should this pup receive an adoption commitment prior to your application being processed, we will share with you the other arriving pups that may be a match for you, some of which are not yet posted online. THIS PUP IS STILL AVAILABLE IF YOU ARE SEEING THIS LISTING––we pull listings down after receiving 2 - 3 viable applications to minimize adopter disappointment. Please do not email, simply submit an application link here www.rescueinc.dog/adopt and we do respond to every application within 48 hours.  Read through our adoption FAQs here www.rescueinc.dog/FAQs and our adoption process is here www.rescueinc.dog/the-process All of our pups come with the following:  spayed or neutered age appropriate vaccinations + dewormed + 4DX test (if older than 6 months) health certificates  dosed with flea and tick + heartworm preventatives new martingale collar (sometimes a harness) with 6' lead + temp ID tag 30-days free insurance to be activated within 24 hours of your wellness visit with your veterinarian microchip with free registration  sample of Canidae food that your pup is eating prior to pick up  WE ISOLATE OUR OWN PUPS in our state licensed facility, which means we have eyes on your puppy or dog for the MA mandated 48 hours. During this timeframe, your pups not only see our isolation vet twice but also receive additional rounds of dewormer along with pre + probiotics; transition to Canidae food; additional behavior assessments as they decompress; and so much love and thoughtfulness from our volunteers. Your pups are bathed at intake and again before pick up. All are paired in kennels with littermates or for those that travel alone, we have a rotation of volunteers to visit with them. We provide enrichment throughout the day and meditation music during nap time and through the overnight. We use these 48 hours to ready your pup to transition into a foster or adoptive home and do all that we can to reduce their stress while they are with us.  Ages listed can be approximate and breed mixes are a best guess based on physical characteristics.   Approved Massachusetts Rescue #0048 // Registered 501c3 EIN #84-3954548  ##1947150##

Meet Tywin, the Lannister that won't disappoint you. Unlike his Game Of Thrones namesake, this guy has a heart of gold. He is exuberant and always lets you know how much he loves you. Tywin prefers to be around people as much as he can and would make a great office pup or retired persons new best friend. Tywin is looking for an adults-only home with no other pets. **Tywin is in our special adoption program which sets our adopters up for the best. If you are interested in him, please complete an adopter's profile and email cshamgochian@parl.org for more information and to set up a meet and greet**

Story
Welcome to Rescue Ginger! This precious 25#, 1 year old dauschund/beagle mix is looking for the perfect forever home! In her past she was not treated kindly by men so she needs a woman only home. She is a love bug who adores playing with other dogs or cats. A fenced yard is a must for this angel girl. She is fully vetted which includes spay, shots and microchip. She is wonderful with women but is so scared of men. If you are looking for sweetness and can give this beauty a loving home, please contact Dixie Girl Dog Rescue.
