Story
What my friends at OHS say about me:I'm more the strong, silent type than the life of the party, and I am happy that way! I am sweet and reserved, and on a loyalty scale, I'm a 10. If you're patient with me, I am sure to blossom and become your best pal.As an older gal, I am looking for a home to live out my golden years soaking up all the love I can get.I'm a fiend for food! Snacks are a great way to make friends with me and win your way into my heart.I'm a bit of a show off, I know lots of fun tricks! I would love someone to teach me even more.I'm a lively and intelligent dog who will need to be provided with daily mental and physical stimulation.Shy and Nervous: I can be worried about new people, new surroundings and touch. I prefer to take things at my own pace and will need to live in a calm environment.I can be picky about my canine companions. Slow introductions and having my own space will be important for me to adjust to a home with resident dogs.I will need to meet any canine companions prior to getting adopted.I have been diagnosed with dental disease which means I may need dental cleanings or extractions in the future. The type of home I'm looking for:I lived with kids in my last home.It could be with you! Story
she turn 2years old this past April . I have had her since she was a baby. she's very difficult for me to manage which is just one reason of several on why i'm considering re-homing. can talk more about her over the phone/then consider meeting. would like to keep in contact if possible/receive updates. $100 re-homing fee as she would come with supplies/food, she was last at the vet last year - i believe she is up to date currently with shots. she's sweet, however it takes a long time to adjust to new people lunges/barks/is aggressive to SOME people she doesn't do well with others dogs. She loves to run and play in the rain and chasing squirrels. she's about 60 pounds

Story
[Updated:]Freya is such an precocious and happy pup! She is always ready to play and will follow you around the house, eager to join in on whatever youre doing. She is an energetic girl so the size of her current home is too small and low-energy. We hope she goes to a home with lots of space, engaging owners, and ample stimulation. Perhaps someone she can be a lap dog for!She adjusts quickly to strangers, loves rowdy kids, plays with the cat, and greets literally everyone with eagernessShe is microchipped! She has been prescribed anti-anxiety medication, which has helped her in various ways, but that's her only daily med.Freya is not a dominant dog and doesn't get aggressive. She prefers to lay down when other dogs come by or she gets happy and spins with excitement. We are rehoming her because we just can't afford a dog. She got spayed on the 29th and it's the absolute last payment on anything I can afford. Food for her is out of our budget now. Please help.

Story
Meet ✨Jasmine Jewel✨ the tiny velvet-coated princess with the sweetest little puppy eyes and the most kissable floppy ears imaginable. We seriously cannot handle how cute this girl is. At just three months old, Jasmine Jewel is already the full puppy package: playful, cuddly, social, smart, and impossibly lovable. We believe she may be a Doberman/Lab mix, but as a rescue we can’t guarantee breed, what we can guarantee is that she is 100% certified angel baby. She has the most stunning little “Dobie baby” markings: a shiny black coat so soft it feels like velvet, tiny blonde eyebrows that always make her look curious, precious little tan socks, and the floppiest ears that bounce when she runs. Everywhere she goes, people fall in love instantly. Watch Jasmine's video here, then come right back to read more!! https://youtu.be/GpYa9-BpG2k?si=Gf161EndW52G5w8F Jasmine lives with other dogs and absolutely adores them. She loves romping around with her doggy friends, playing chase, wrestling, and then crashing together for nap time. She’s wonderfully social and fits right into the pack like she’s been there forever. She’s also incredibly people-oriented and thinks cuddles are basically the meaning of life. If you sit down, expect a snuggly little puppy to appear in your lap immediately. And recently? Miss Jasmine discovered the pool… and let’s just say she believes she is part otter now. She LOVES water and happily splashes around like the tiny adventurous queen she is. We can already picture her growing into the ultimate adventure companion, hiking buddy, lake-day partner, road trip copilot, patio brunch date… she’s down for all of it. For such a young puppy, Jasmine is already wonderfully smart and eager to learn. She’s very treat motivated, making training fun and easy, and she has that happy little “tell me what to do next!” attitude that makes puppies so rewarding to raise. She’s the kind of puppy that makes your whole house feel happier, goofy, loving, playful, affectionate, and full of sunshine. One look at her precious face and wiggly little body and you’ll understand why everyone who meets her becomes obsessed immediately. Jasmine Jewel is ready to find a forever family to grow up with, love endlessly, and make memories beside for the rest of her life. Ready to welcome Jasmine into your life? Story
“Did someone order a daily dose of joy, tail wags, and puppy kisses? Because Marx is ready to deliver! on repeat!” Meet Marx! At about 4-months-old with giant puppy paws, shiny black-and-tan markings, the happiest smile ever, and ears that still can’t decide what they’re doing, he is pure puppy perfection. One ear flops, one ear tries its best, and together they somehow make him even cuter. He has the sweetest goofy face and this constantly happy expression like every single thing in life is exciting to him. We think he may be a Doberman/Shepherd mix, but with rescue it’s always a best guess!! Marx is one of those rare puppies that already feels SO well-rounded. He’s playful and adventurous without being chaotic, super social without being overwhelming, incredibly smart, and also unbelievably cuddly. He absolutely LOVES his people! He will provide you with constant puppy kisses and snuggles and wants to be part of everything you’re doing. Whether you’re going on a hike, sitting on the couch, training, exploring somewhere new, or just hanging out in the backyard, Marx is happiest right beside you. Watch Marx’s video here to see his perfection proof! https://youtu.be/6Z1aygZTFtI This boy is also SO smart. He’s extremely treat motivated and absolutely loves learning. He already knows sit, lay down, and high five, and he gets so excited to show off his tricks. His leash skills are honestly incredible for a puppy! He naturally checks in with his handler constantly, gives amazing eye contact, and sits so quickly when asked. He really has the perfect personality for someone who wants a dog to train, adventure with, and include in everyday life. And PLAYTIME??? Oh my gosh this puppy LOVES toys. Balls, stuffies, tug ropes, chews, squeakers, OH MY! If it exists, Marx wants to play with it. He absolutely thrives playing with his doggy friends too and has such fun, happy energy. During his assessment, he just needed a minute to feel comfortable around new dogs, but once he settled in, he was happily following them around, joining in play, and making friends. He especially loved dogs closer to his size and did wonderfully with respectful playful dogs that gave him space to warm up first. He would love another playful but respectful doggy sibling, but not required! He also did AMAZING with kids. He met a 5-year-old during his assessment and was so sweet, gentle, and loving. He really gives strong family dog energy because he’s playful enough to have fun with kids but also affectionate and emotionally soft. And the cat test was honestly adorable too. Marx was curious and friendly, but when the cat gave him a swat for getting too close, he immediately respected the boundary and backed away. It was such a lovely puppy response because it showed he listens well and doesn’t want conflict. He’d likely do best with calm dog-savvy cats and slow introductions, especially if he has a playful doggy friend in the home too. One of the nicest things about Marx is that even though he’s playful and adventurous, he settles SO well for a puppy. After walks or playtime, he’s perfectly happy curling up beside you, laying in your lap, or just quietly hanging out chewing on a toy near his people. He really has such a beautiful balance of fun and calm. Marx feels like the kind of puppy people spend years looking for, affectionate, social, trainable, adventurous, cuddly, confident, emotionally sweet, and just genuinely happy to be alive.
