Story
she turn 2years old this past April . I have had her since she was a baby. she's very difficult for me to manage which is just one reason of several on why i'm considering re-homing. can talk more about her over the phone/then consider meeting. would like to keep in contact if possible/receive updates. $100 re-homing fee as she would come with supplies/food, she was last at the vet last year - i believe she is up to date currently with shots. she's sweet, however it takes a long time to adjust to new people lunges/barks/is aggressive to SOME people she doesn't do well with others dogs. She loves to run and play in the rain and chasing squirrels. she's about 60 pounds

Story
[Updated:]Freya is such an precocious and happy pup! She is always ready to play and will follow you around the house, eager to join in on whatever youre doing. She is an energetic girl so the size of her current home is too small and low-energy. We hope she goes to a home with lots of space, engaging owners, and ample stimulation. Perhaps someone she can be a lap dog for!She adjusts quickly to strangers, loves rowdy kids, plays with the cat, and greets literally everyone with eagernessShe is microchipped! She has been prescribed anti-anxiety medication, which has helped her in various ways, but that's her only daily med.Freya is not a dominant dog and doesn't get aggressive. She prefers to lay down when other dogs come by or she gets happy and spins with excitement. We are rehoming her because we just can't afford a dog. She got spayed on the 29th and it's the absolute last payment on anything I can afford. Food for her is out of our budget now. Please help.

Story
Meet ✨Jasmine Jewel✨ the tiny velvet-coated princess with the sweetest little puppy eyes and the most kissable floppy ears imaginable. We seriously cannot handle how cute this girl is. At just three months old, Jasmine Jewel is already the full puppy package: playful, cuddly, social, smart, and impossibly lovable. We believe she may be a Doberman/Lab mix, but as a rescue we can’t guarantee breed, what we can guarantee is that she is 100% certified angel baby. She has the most stunning little “Dobie baby” markings: a shiny black coat so soft it feels like velvet, tiny blonde eyebrows that always make her look curious, precious little tan socks, and the floppiest ears that bounce when she runs. Everywhere she goes, people fall in love instantly. Watch Jasmine's video here, then come right back to read more!! https://youtu.be/GpYa9-BpG2k?si=Gf161EndW52G5w8F Jasmine lives with other dogs and absolutely adores them. She loves romping around with her doggy friends, playing chase, wrestling, and then crashing together for nap time. She’s wonderfully social and fits right into the pack like she’s been there forever. She’s also incredibly people-oriented and thinks cuddles are basically the meaning of life. If you sit down, expect a snuggly little puppy to appear in your lap immediately. And recently? Miss Jasmine discovered the pool… and let’s just say she believes she is part otter now. She LOVES water and happily splashes around like the tiny adventurous queen she is. We can already picture her growing into the ultimate adventure companion, hiking buddy, lake-day partner, road trip copilot, patio brunch date… she’s down for all of it. For such a young puppy, Jasmine is already wonderfully smart and eager to learn. She’s very treat motivated, making training fun and easy, and she has that happy little “tell me what to do next!” attitude that makes puppies so rewarding to raise. She’s the kind of puppy that makes your whole house feel happier, goofy, loving, playful, affectionate, and full of sunshine. One look at her precious face and wiggly little body and you’ll understand why everyone who meets her becomes obsessed immediately. Jasmine Jewel is ready to find a forever family to grow up with, love endlessly, and make memories beside for the rest of her life. Ready to welcome Jasmine into your life? Story
Looking for a well mannered, big dog with a soft temperament and a tender and loving personality? Temu is a shy, sweetheart of a dog with a rough past who is looking for kind humans for his future. Temu showed up at a rescuer's home in California in the middle of the night back in November 2025. He was scared and lost and she took him in and began working with him to help him realize that the world is safe and how to live in a home. Temu has also completed a month long board and train to build his skills too! He is a dog with soft temperament hoping to land with an adopter that will help him continue to build his confidence. - Approximately 18 months old and 75 pounds - Likely a Doberman/German Shepherd mix. We have sent out an Embark DNA test to see what breeds Temu truly is on 6/1/26 and it takes about 3 weeks to get the results. - Good with other dogs including small dogs. He would appreciate a fun, playful dog in his future home. Ideally not a dog that is bossy or dominant. Temu has a nice play style and reads other dogs well. He can be very neutral to other dogs also. No leash reactivity noted. - Did well on his cat test. Ended up laying down and taking a nap next to the cat. - Kids ages 13+ if there are kids in the home, only because Temu is a nervous guy and younger kids could be too loud and energetic for his comfort. He can be around kids safely, he just prefers a calm home. - Shy guy who warms up with treats, gentle encouragement, soft petting and coaching. Good with both women and men. - Walks really help Temu come out of his shell and explore the world through sniffing. He does best on walks in more suburban or rural areas. Walks in high city density with lots of vehicle sounds and heavy foot traffic tend to overwhelm him. When he's overwhelmed, he can spook at sudden, loud noises and pull to get away. He recovers well though and keeps on with the walk. But he will need someone willing to be patient and coach him if he's walking in an area where this is a lot of commotion. On quieter walks he does great and hardly pulls. - Crate trained and doesn't mind being in his crate at all. It is his safe place and he will often go in his crate to nap and relax. Sleeps in his crate at night. - When guests come to the home, Temu is reserved and generally does not approach. He does not growl, bark or jump on guests. He is very meek and just gives them space. As they stay longer in the home, he gets curious and will start to come by to check the new people out. Treats help so much with him making friends. - Loads in a vehicle and does well for car rides. No car sickness observed. - Knows sit, down, place, come and stay from the time during his board and train. - Got into the dog wash station on his own and stood nicely for a bath. - Shares toys well and we have not seen any resource guarding. Temu has been neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed, heartworm tested negative and is current on flea/tick/heartworm prevention. His adoption fee includes a free wellness exam at one of our partner veterinary clinics in Oregon City, Portland, Milwaukie or Tualatin. $150 adoption fee Fostered in Oregon City, Oregon APPLY TO ADOPT TEMU ON OUR WEBSITE: WWW.AGAVEDOGS.ORG

Story
Meet sweet old man Tempo! He is a 10 year old gentle Dobie. He is very affectionate, mellow, easy to walk. He likes to play with toys and hang with his humans, and is fascinated by other dogs. He likely has some sort of neuro condition, as he often turns in circles, but he doesn't let it dampen his spirits... he just wants to live out his golden years with a family who is willing to see past his circling and enjoy him as the positive being that he is. If you are ready to open your heart and your home to this social soul, please ask to meet Tempo Tempo has participated in shelter playgroups and may enjoy a compatible canine friend in his new home. Looking for a buddy for your dog? Bring him/her for a meet and greet and see if we're a match! Check out his playgroup video below ##2580665##

Story
Chipa is a 3 yo M blk/brn doberman foster notes   Chipa would do best with someone experienced in working dogs.  He's high energy  and needs mental & physical stimulation.  Absolutely no cats, kids or small dogs at least at this stage.  He is pretty good with size appropriate female dogs but has a rough play style and does resource guard food and some toys.  He's crate trained, doing better on leash and still learning to pay attention.  He's food motivated, sweet and silly.  Slightly suspicious of strangers and could be destructive left to his own devises.  Seems to like the water so a good candidate for swimming.  I recommend adopters get him into something like scent work, obedience and trick training. or spend time hiking or biking with him ##2574877##
