Story
Mimi is a 6-year-old Chiweenie who came to us at 1 year old after being left outside. With love and patience, she became a sweet, loyal dog who loves cuddles, play time, and naps. She is protective by nature and tends to bark when meeting new people or dogs, but once she feels safe, the barking decreases. Since becoming blind about 5-6 months ago, she barks more at first because she uses sound to understand her surroundings, but she calms with reassurance.Mimi needs a patient home willing to help her adapt to her blindness. It is a getting difficult for us because we are way too busy, and we are hardly home. She may feel anxious in new places and needs stability, calm routines, and someone who can give her quality time. We travel often and aren’t home enough to give her the attention she needs, so we are looking for a loving home that can care for her and help her feel secure. We just recently found out that our 1 year old tends to get an allergic reaction when he gets close to her.

Story
Meet Avani 🐾Avani is a 6 year old bloodhound mix (with chowchow and Queensland healer) who’s as unique in personality as he is in looks. He’s a large, neutered, male, fully up-to-date on all vaccinations, and completely house trained.I’m currently his foster and a professional trainer. Avani has been put through structured training and is both on and off leash trained. He was raised in a well rounded environment and does well with:catsSome dogs (with proper intro)Livestock, including horses, chickens, goats, and geeseHe grew up alongside other dogs, including a pitbull, Australian Shepherd, and great Pyrenees, so he understands social structure. But like any mature dog, introductions matter.Avani deserves a forever home with somebody who appreciates his personality & Intelligence. He would be an exceptional companion. If you’re looking for a trained, experienced, and deeply loyal dog, Avani is your boy!Reach out to learn more and schedule a meet and greet! (904) 556-0570
