We got Dixie 10 years ago when I was 69 and I had adopted grandkids, 3 months and 4 years old. Now I'm almost 80, the kids are going to school, sports, all the time. I've had seizures for the past year, and I can't care for Dixie. The kids aren't home enough to meet her needs. Dixie needs long walks, and she loves to run. She gets separation anxiety when left alone and can't be kenneled. AND she can climb a chain link fence. ;)She's precious. We love her. She is so friendly. She likes women and children, loves hanging out with my grandson's teenage friends. She's anxious around men, though she's good around anyone who loves animals and men she knows that our family trusts. She's protective of the home and a great watch dog. Free to her forever home. She's almost 10 years old now, still looks and acts like a puppyThank you

🐾 Meet Daisy — Our Sweet Senior Girl! 🐾 Daisy is a senior sweetheart with plenty of spunk left in her! Don’t let her age fool you—this girl is energetic, playful, and affectionately described as a bit of a bulldozer. 😂 She loves hard, plays hard, and wants nothing more than to be close to her people. Daisy has separation anxiety, so she would thrive in a home where she won’t be left alone for long periods. She’s incredibly loving and would happily be your constant companion. A few things about our girl: * 🐱 No cats or small animals — Daisy has a very high prey drive. * 🐕 She would do best with a larger dog who can handle her rough-and-tumble play style. * 💨 She may be a senior, but she’s still energetic! * 🧠 Knows some basic obedience commands. * ❤️ She can be reactive when her facial space is invaded and needs a home that will respect her boundaries. * 🥰 Most importantly, Daisy is extremely sweet, affectionate, and loving. Daisy may have some gray hairs, but she certainly hasn’t gotten the memo that she’s supposed to slow down. 😂 She just needs someone who will understand her quirks, give her the companionship she craves, and let her spend her golden years being ridiculously loved. Daisy deserves a soft place to land and a person to call her own. 🐾🤍

Foxy Lady is such a sweet girl. She has a beautiful red coat with stunning light blue eyes. She was abandoned at the home of an elderly woman who is unable to care for her. She has been living outdoors on a chain since 2025. She is great with kids and other dogs. She was house trained. And trained to walk beside you and stay in the yard but I’m not sure how that will be due to living conditions. She just needs a good home with love.
