Hey there, potential paw-rent! Let me introduce you to Bailey, the 2-year-old, 44-pound inquisitive, energetic ball of fun. First things first, let's talk about Bailey's daily routine living in an apartment. This girl's got it down to a science. She's up bright and early for her morning stroll around 6-7am, clocking in about half a mile of leash walking with either of us. After that, it's chow time and a little play sesh while we humans get ready for the grind. But don't think she's all work and no play – Bailey knows how to sneak in a morning nap on her cozy blanket before we head out for the day. While we're at work, she's cool as a cucumber in her crate, catching some Z's or maybe even engaging in a little solo toy time. Come evening, it's round two of walkies to stretch those legs and get the zoomies out. We also think Bailey would love a yard to run here zoomies out but she does enjoy her walks too. Now let's talk personality. Bailey's like that friend who's always down for a good time. She's playful, curious, and just a tad sass – in the best way possible. Chinchilla is a silly pup full of LOVE! He is about 47 lbs of pure, innocent joy who just brings laughter wherever he goes. Looking for an adorable little puppy pal to join your family and bring lots of joy? I have the cutie for you! Ethan is an adorable, sweet, playful, and cuddly little guy with the most adorable heart on his nose. It’s ready for you to boop. He has a stunning brindle and white coat that draws in lots of attention, which he thoroughly enjoys. Ethan currently lives with multiple small dogs and already knows to be gentle with them. He does love a good play session with bigger dogs too. Since he’s still young, he has endless potential to live in just about any family or home. Ethan is a smart boy who is making excellent progress on potty training. He is food motivated, young, and easy to train. He already knows “sit!” His foster mom currently takes him everywhere with her. She takes him to the garden center, dog-friendly stores, in the car to run errands, etc. She even takes him to her quilt shop where he meets all the customers and employees while she works. She says everyone comments how cute, friendly, and well-behaved he is. He loves going for rides in the car and will take naps, then look out the window, then back to napping. Ethan is such a cuddle bug! There’s nothing he loves more than affection and attention from humans. In the evenings he loves to climb up into his foster mom’s lap and fall asleep. He also loves cuddling with his doggy foster siblings. He loves giving people kisses to show his love and adoration. Believe it or not, Ethan was found being tossed from a pickup truck in the parking lot of a grocery store. The poor pup ran after the truck, not understanding what was going on, and was almost hit by another vehicle. Thankfully a good citizen scooped him up just in time, and took him home to safety. This is an unfortunate reality for many dogs in this area, and shelters are even euthanizing puppies. We think Ethan will be medium sized when he is full grown, and we think he is a Pitbull mix, but with rescue there are no guarantees. Since he’s still young, he will need continued training, socialization, and all the things that come along with puppyhood. Currently fostered in Texas, he is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and ready to travel to his forever home in the PNW or NE areas. Our PNW dogs are brought to you in style by a beautiful USDA licensed semi-truck, equipped with air conditioning for comfort, two drivers, and 2 onboard attendants providing 24 hour care. Our East Coast route will travel in a private, air conditioned 3LP-run van transport. Pick up day is unforgettable! You will get to follow along on their journey through a private FB Event page, where you will see photos, have the opportunity to connect with other adopters, and receive updates and constant communication along the way. One of our Adoption Coordinators can help to find the closest transport pick up location to you! The adoption fee is $825.00 and includes all vetting as recommended by our doctor: DAPP (2 to 4 depending on age and time in the program), Bordetella, Rabies vaccine (if old enough), multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter, flea prevention, 2 months of heartworm preventative, extended medical such as dentals, eye surgeries, and orthopedic surgeries prior to adoption when suggested by our partner vets, a microchip with free lifetime registration, a high quality nylon Martingale collar for dogs over 4 months old, a health certificate deeming the pup healthy for travel, cost of transport*, and many priceless years of love and loyal companionship! *WE ARE TOLD THAT WE GO ABOVE AND BEYOND MEDICALLY. This is the feedback we tend to get, although we cannot guarantee perfect health. *To fully vet a dog in the PNW at many vets it would be upwards of $1,800 just to fix, vaccinate, chip, etc. The adoption fees charged by our rescue do not cover our expenses medically for each animal, but we offset costs with donations. Introducing Jackson, or as we like to call him, Jack Teller - a true survivor who has overcome countless obstacles in his journey. Imagine finding him at an intersection, abandoned and scared, anxiously waiting for his owners to return. It breaks your heart, doesn't it? But don't worry, this story has a happy ending. Despite his rough start, Jack Teller has blossomed into a remarkable companion. Like any dog, he was initially wary of new faces, but it didn't take long for him to realize that there are kind-hearted souls out there who only want to shower him with love and affection. And boy, did he surprise us all! Jack Teller turned out to be the friendliest pup around, melting hearts left and right with his warm greetings and wagging tail. He's not just good with people, but dogs too - a true social butterfly! Like many of our Tx dogs he is being treated for heartworms. NOTHING to worry about as this is very common here.  We will provide the medication to continue his treatment.   If you're looking for a hiking buddy or simply a furry friend to join you on leisurely strolls, Jack Teller is your guy.
