His foster parents quickly nicknamed him “Baby Grand”. just like a grand piano, because everything about Steinway is grand: his personality, his presence, and his fluff! Steinway is the fluffiest foster they’ve ever seen, and he knows it too. He absolutely uses his stunning looks to get ALL the cuddles and kisses. Steinway might look regal, but don’t let that fool you, he loves to play just as much as he loves to cuddle. He’ll chase toys, romp with his siblings, and even play with the adult cats in his foster home like he’s the life of the party. After playtime, he melts right into loving arms and stays there, he’s been known to nap in his foster parents’ arms for over an hour! Steinway is a treat enthusiast too, he’ll wake up from a deep sleep the minute he hears the Churu or treat drawer open! He’s truly a grandhearted companion, confident, affectionate, playful, and always ready to share love. Whether he’s flopped out after zoomies or curled up beside you for snuggles, Steinway brings warmth and charm to every moment.” Currently at a foster home in Evergreen. Francis (10) is bonded to Sage (5) These two need to stay together. They are so friendly, so sweet, and beautiful cats. They both love to be the center of attention and are playful with one another. Very funny cats. Francis has such a big personality, so goofy & so lovable. He loves to sleep in the sink, stay on alert for squirrels outside, & politely beg for food any time it’s around. We joke that he acts kind of like a dog. Francis gets a little bit of separation anxiety when not with people (cries by the door) so having him in a home where owner works from home or is around a lot would be best.

Story

Venus is the sweetest, especially to her familiar people, but she is a little bit of a diva who likes her own space too. She loves to cuddle and is very friendly. Loves to lick you and surprisingly loves being held like a baby. She is long hair, but I like to get her shaved 1-2x a year to help with shedding & ease of her own grooming in her senior years. She is 11 and is one of the best pets I’ve ever had. Very chill. It breaks my heart to even think of rehoming her, but is the best option for my life unfortunately. She has two siblings that are also being rehomed, but the other two cats are more bonded than she is with them. While she gets along with the other cats, she generally likes her own space and the others are stuck like glue. Keeping all three together would be great, but she would make a great solo pet too.

Tom is about six months old, and ever since he first trotted into our lives, he’s been nothing but a bundle of affection. He adores head rubs, leans right into your hand for cuddles, and has this gentle, friendly way about him that makes him especially great with kids. He’s fully house-trained and incredibly easy to be around. As much as we love him, our small apartment doesn’t give him the space he deserves to explore and roam. We’re hoping to find him a home where he can stretch his paws a little farther and enjoy the room to be the playful, loving cat he is. Sage (5) is bonded to Francis (10) These two need to stay together. They are so friendly, so sweet, and beautiful cats. They both love to be the center of attention and are playful with one another. Very funny cats. Sage loves laying on her back & being more of a restful cat whereas Francis is much more curious about what you are up to or what’s going on around the house. I had adopted Francis a few years before Sage. Francis was rehomed and Sage was found in a car engine. I love them so incredibly much and it breaks my heart to rehome, but looking for sweet loving new owner(s) preferably someone who works from home or can be around them a lot. They love being around people.

Olive is a sweet, spunky 7-year-old with soft, fluffy black fur and stunning green eyes. A staff favorite and proud member of our Lonely Hearts Club, she’s playful, energetic, and just a little mischievous (Okay maybe she's a bit more than a little bit... But who doesn't love mischief?)! Though she had a rough start in life, she’s now full of personality and ready for a home of her own. Olive is not a fan of other cats or dogs and would thrive best in a home with no small children, we recommend 10 and up for Olive. Olive is diabetic and requires twice-daily insulin, special food, and regular glucose monitoring. While she can be a bit selective with new people, once she warms up, she’s full of love, headbutts, and kisses. Come say hello—you might be just who she’s been waiting for!
