Story
These handsome brothers' mom went into hospice. We think the Millers are around 4 years old. They are great cats. They are almost twins in their amazing looks, can you say beauty queens?! However, they do have differing personalities. One is more outgoing and the other is more reserved. He is friendly but it needs to be on his terms until he knows you better. We are requiring that they be adopted together. They are a beautiful pair! Both of them are posted in the photos, just in case you thought it was all the same cat. They would do best with an experienced lady owner as that is where they came from and they do seem partial to women. You need to be patient with them as they have been through a lot losing their mom suddenly. A catio would be great for them as they have seemed very content on the catio that has been their foster house while waiting for a second furever home.

Story
Sadie is a sweet and affectionate cat that is probably about 10 or 11 years old now. I got her when she was about 5 months old. She has been vaxxed but hasnt had any recent shots. She needs her rabies updated. Her tail was amputated due to pull injury. She has a kidney stone and requires prescription urinary food from Hill's. It's important she stays on it because her stone is not the kind that dissolves, and it will worsen if she has food that's not controlled. Sadie would do best in a 1 or 2 (maximum) cat household. She is an older girl and prefers to lounge and get attention from her people. She is currently in a house with younger, more rowdy cats that are fighting with her and causing stress, blood in her urine, and inappropriate urination. I am confident that once she has her own space and litter boxes, this behavior will resolve. Sadie needs large, tall-sided litter boxes. She can be picked up but likes to initiate. She is a huge love, likes chin-scratchies and lap time.

Story
Penny came to live with us about 9.5 years ago. She was not getting adoration as she needed. She evidently had been given to someone who really did not know what to do with a cat. So she kept showing up at our house. After her previous owner decided she did not want Penny back, we provided a home here with our two female cats that were already here. She is currently the senior cat in our home. Penny is 12 years, 3 months old. Had her last check up Saturday, March 14, 2026. She does have kidney disease and it had progressed quite a bit since her previous check up. But she still has some spunk even though she loves her nap times and loves to sleep on my lap.The other two cats that currently live here are youngsters. They are of the same litter that was discovered und our neighbor's deck when they were about 2 weeks old. We estimate their birthday to be mid to late May. They will be two years old in 2026. Penny can get cranky with them at times. So far no blood has been spilled.

Story
What my friends at OHS say about me:I'm not overly needy and I'm happy to hang out while you binge watch your favorite TV show or read a book.I have been known to shower my favorite people with love.I'm not just your average cat, I'm a tortoiseshell , and I have what humans like to call "tortitude." That basically makes me royalty and I MUST be treated as such.I might prefer to be the only cat in the home. Slow introductions and having my own space will be important for me to adjust to a home with resident cats.Fearful Behavior: I can be worried about new people or new surroundings. I prefer to take things at my own pace and will need to go home to a calm environment. The type of home I'm looking for:It could be with you!
