Orphan Andy was born into a feral cat colony in goldendale. He was abandoned so he was bottle fed and taken care of mostly through his kitten life. We called him little orphan Annie as a kitten but when we learned he is a boy we changed it to Andy! My grandparents moved from goldendale to Redmond into a smaller house and they have 3 other cats. He does get along with the other cats but he can be a bit of an alpha male. He still has a little bit of feral in him. He tends to hide when company is over. But he is very affectionate when he is comfortable with you. The house is just too small for 4 cats! He would thrive in a 1 cat household but does live with other cats just fine. It would be best if he stayed as an indoor cat. When he lived in goldendale he would sometimes disappear for up to a week. He is located in Redmond Oregon near Eagle Crest. He is roughly 3 years old and has no special needs. He is a large cat!

She’s quite the character once she warms up, very chatty kitty in the early mornings or when it’s time to eat ! She’s very motherly towards other cats specifically males , loves plastic ! Loves hairties! She will pretend to eat wires occasionally so you’ll give her little butt smacks! She’s a big fan of belly touching as well and very food motivated but only treats not like chicken or regular stuff ! She is sensitive to touch however occasionally and loud noises like garbage trucks and heavy foot steps ,not a big fan of loud noises overall until comfortable with you

Nacho is a sweet, affectionate boy with a big personality and a lot of love to give. He enjoys being around his people, getting pets and attention, and being part of the household. He has a playful, curious nature and is very expressive. I originally brought Nacho into my home because I fell in love with his personality and wanted to give him a loving, permanent home.   Nacho has been a wonderful companion, but unfortunately, my multi-cat household has not been the right environment for him. Despite a careful effort to help everyone adjust, Nacho becomes overly excited and territorial around the other cats and has not been able to peacefully coexist with them. Because of this, I believe Nacho would be happiest as the only cat in his home, where he can have his people and his space to himself.   Nacho is an indoor cat and would do best with someone who will give him plenty of affection, playtime, and attention.  No dog or child experience known.  Rehoming fee is $35 - Nacho lives in Portlnd with his family.   This cat is offered for adoption due to the owner's personal circumstances. For more information on meeting and adopting this kitty, please fill out a pre-adoption application under "ADOPT" on our website at WWW.CATSCRADLERESCUE.COM. We welcomed Elessar into our home in 2019, and he quickly showed us just how special indoor cats can be. Hand-raised from a young age, he’s always been a little… different—in the best way. He often feels more like an awkward, endearing little kid than a cat, and his quirky personality keeps us smiling every day. Elessar is a reserved 7 year old adult male goof who enjoys being near his people while still maintaining an air of independence. He’ll quietly “chat” with you throughout the day and likes to keep you company on his own terms. But come bedtime, all that aloofness disappears—he becomes a dedicated cuddle companion, often curling up near your head to keep you warm through the night. Playtime is one of his favorite things, especially anything involving a laser pointer—he was made for it! Once he trusts you, he shows off some classic ragdoll-like traits. While he doesn’t seek out being held for long, he tolerates it well and is very cooperative with gentle handling for grooming and care (like nail trims or the occasional cleanup). One of Elessar’s greatest joys is supervised outdoor time. In a safely enclosed space, he loves to explore, sniff, and take in the world. A home with a secure yard or a catio would be an absolute dream for him. Elessar would do best in a calm, understanding home. He could thrive with older, cat-savvy children who know how to respect his space and independence. However, a home with young children would likely be too stressful for him over time. He is up to date on his long-term vaccinations.
