Story
Precious is Sponsored by Deb Flensborg.Hello there, I'm Precious. My years have taught me the value of independence and the joy of a quiet life. While I may be a bit shy, don't mistake that for lack of confidence. I know who I am, and I'm not afraid to show it. I may need some time to adjust to new surroundings, but that's just because I prefer to take things at my own pace. I'm not one for constant social interaction, but I promise you, when I choose to show my affection, it's genuine and deep. I arrived at the shelter already declawed, so I will not be a good mouser. Adopting me might require patience, but I assure you, the bond we could form would be worth every moment of waiting. If you are interested in meeting me, the shelter is open Tuesday through Saturday 11am – 5pm, Sunday 11am-4pm (Winter Hours). If you’d like to schedule an appointment, check out the pets’ profile on our website at newberganimals.com to fill out an application and email to frontdesk@newberganimals.com.Due to COVID-19, we are currently only open by appointment. Hi, I'm Ripley! I'm just a little kitten finding my way around this big, bustling place they call a shelter. I'm quite shy, so I might take a moment to come out and say hello, but I promise, once I warm up, I'm the sweetest companion. I love quiet corners where I can watch everything from a safe spot. If you have a cozy home with a snug nook just for me, I'd love to be part of your family. Adopt me, and let's share sweet, peaceful moments together. Story
Meow! I'm the cutie pie Twila! I need to go home with my brother, Aslan. This is what my foster parents have to say about me: Twila is a curious, quiet, and sweet kitten. She loves to cuddle, play with all the toys she can find (especially ball towers), and spend time with her people. We call her the Lilac Princess because she also demands attention but not as intensely as her brother, Aslan. They are best friends and love to snuggle and play together. Twila needs a home with lots of love and affection throughout the day and plenty of time with her brother. She also does not like dogs, barking, or loud noises. We are in a foster home so please fill out an adoption application at www.animalaidpdx.org if you would like to meet us. My estimated birthday is 3/24/25.
