Story
Taco and Kitty Girlfriend, age 7, beautiful and rare brown/gray long-hair cats. Brother and sister, together since birth, both fixed and fully vaccinated with records through Camas Washougal Animal Hospital. They eat a Hill’s prescription diet for urinary care.   Taco is around 12 pounds. Girlfriend about 8. The ideal home would keep them together and allow them indoor and outdoor access, no coyotes. They are independent and shy with strangers, and will be more social and comfortable in a home without other cats, dogs or young kids.   They are not lap kitties, but Taco loves a belly rub and Girlfriend will sometimes cuddle under the blankets. They both love daily playtime with feather toys, brushing and treats. Taco loves to observe the world from a fence.   We have to move cities and are heartbroken to give them up. Looking for a good home with good people who will care for Taco and Girlfriend long term.  This beautiful pair is indoor/outdoor  Their rehoming fee is $50   This cat is offered for adoption due to the owner's personal circumstances. For more information on meeting and adopting this kitty, please fill out a pre-adoption application under "ADOPT" on our website at WWW.CATSCRADLERESCUE.COM. Your information will be forwarded to the owner for follow-ups and meeting arrangement.  Cat's Cradle is an all-volunteer, non-profit foster-home based rescue serving Oregon cats who need new homes. 100% of your adoption fee goes to provide for the medical and physical needs of the cats in our care. Story
Dexter is a large fluffy 8-year old black cat with a really sweet nature. He is rather lazy and will not chase a toy mouse but he loves a good scratching post and catnip. He loves to sleep all day and is VERY food motivated. He is deeply bonded to his sister Miss Kitty, gray shorthair, and he loves to cuddle with her. Both cats are good with older kids small dogs.   Miss kitty, also 8, is the biggest cuddler. She follows you into every room and always wants to be on a lap. She is deeply bonded with her brother(dexter) and is always cuddling him. She is the more active of the two but she can be rather shy when meeting guests. She loves her scratching post and catnip and her feather toys. In the past she has been fond of small dogs and has cuddled with them in bed and she is fine with other dogs, she does best with older children and she does not do well with other cats besides her brother.  She will stare out of the window all day and catch bugs for you from there.   Both Miss Kitty and Dexter have a manageable case of feline herpes that she got from her brother.  This is respiratory in cats which means she takes a l lysine supplement in her food(14$ on amazon) no monthly vet visits required for it. Miss kitty and Dexter have been deeply loved by me so the pair will come with a large cat tree 2 scratching posts an automatic water fountain toys and some food.   This snuggly pair are indoor only.  Their adoption fee is $50.  They live with their owner in Wilsonville.     For more information on meeting and adopting this kitty, please fill out a pre-adoption application under "ADOPT" on our website at WWW.CATSCRADLERESCUE.COM. Your information will be forwarded to the foster parent for follow-ups and meeting arrangement. Adoption fee Includes spay/neuter, microchip, worming and flea treatment, current vaccines, and negative FIV and FeLV test. Story
Ezra is a friendly but initially bashful 2-1/2 yr old male tabby.  He is food motivated and loves to steal a bite of human food any chance he gets. He is an independent young cat and likes his space but comes to you when he wants affection - even placing his front paws on your leg to get your attention when you are standing.   Ezra is very shy with new people and it takes him awhile to get comfortable but once he does he’ll be over for cuddles and love. Patience is the key!  I call him by his nicknames more so than his real name and he usually responds better to them (Ezzy and Tubby).  Ezra is UTD on vaccines and is neutered.  Ezra is indoor only and his rehoming fee is $35.  Ezra lives in Molalla with his owner.    This cat is offered for adoption due to the owner's personal circumstances. For more information on meeting and adopting this kitty, please fill out a pre-adoption application under "ADOPT" on our website at WWW.CATSCRADLERESCUE.COM. Story
Hey! I'm Locke. I'm a very soft and cuddly guy. I need to go home with my buddy, Hobbes. We were left behind in an apartment after someone moved out. I was hiding and the realtor didn't even know there was another cat in the apartment when she was feeding Hobbes for a few weeks. I was super shy at first. Now I'm the more outgoing one. I love petting! I also love to try to get into your sweatshirt or under your shirt to cuddle. We are still kind of wary of noises or new things so we would do best in a home with small kids or dogs.My estimated birthdate is 3/1/2020.

Story
Meet Stella – The Confident & Curious Beauty! Stella is a gorgeous long-haired black cat with an independent spirit and a signature trait—her ever-wagging tail. Like a cuckoo clock, it moves with perfect rhythm, swaying as she explores, twitches when she’s curious, and flicks when she’s feeling playful. It’s almost like her own little way of communicating! Though she enjoys her space, Stella won’t say no to a good chin scratch. She currently lives with other cats and could join a feline-friendly home, but she’s just as content being the queen of her own castle. Whether in a house or an apartment, she carries herself with confidence and a touch of mystery. If you’re looking for a cat with elegance, independence, and a tail that tells a story, Stella is ready to make your home her own! Why adopt from Three Little Pitties? The stray and animal overpopulation in the Greater Houston area is the highest in the nation. Statistics show that there are over 1 million homeless animals in this region alone. Three Little Pitties Rescue is a nonprofit dog and cat rescue that partners with the community to make a difference. Our mission is to reduce the homeless pet population through community outreach, free spay and neuter services, and saving all breeds of dogs and cats from the streets or animal shelters that oftentimes have no other option but to euthanize animals for space. This kitty you’ve found online is lucky to be in our program, and even luckier to have you notice it! Three Little Pitties Rescue (3LP) wants to set you and your new family member up for success! In addition to a fully vetted furbaby you also receive other additional perks such as a code for a free bag of cat litter AND a code for 50% off a 2nd bag of litter from Catalyst Pet, coupons for a fun visit to Petco, and support through our Facebook Adopters group where you can connect with thousands of other adopters, 3LP volunteers, fosters and staff. We seek to adopt to families who understand that these are rescues and will require continued efforts but are well on their way to being the best kitties that they can be! We ask that you give them time (can take weeks to months) to decompress in their new home, do slow introductions to other pets and let their true personalities have a chance to come through. We celebrated our 6 year anniversary this year! Through the combined efforts of all of our hardworking staff and volunteers, we have placed over 14,000 very lucky dogs and cats into amazing homes! By adopting from us, you save TWO lives! The pet you adopt, and you create an opportunity for another animal to be saved in that spot. Together, we can be heroes. Follow our rescue journey through the links below! https://www.facebook.com/ThreeLittlePittiesRescueSavingKitties/ https://www.instagram.com/threelittlepittiesrescue/ https://www.facebook.com/threelittlepittiesrescue/ *Due to the rising cost of fuel and transportation expenses, there will be an additional $48 surcharge for transport.
