Story
Glitch was born in a backyard shed and adopted as a kitten -  meow only occasionally worked, which is how she earned her name. For her first four years, she was the house princess and loved every minute of it. Life changed when human babies arrived. She tolerated them as infants, but once they started walking, screaming, and chasing, Glitch decided that tiny humans are simply not her vibe. After careful consideration, her veterinarian has recommended rehoming her to a calm, baby-free home where she can be doted on the way she deserves. Glitch is a silly, affectionate lap cat who loves laser pointers, cozy naps, and sleeping on your feet all night. She is declawed, strictly indoors, and does well with other cats. However, she will not be happy in a home with dogs. Glitch is looking for a peaceful home with adults or older, cat-savvy teens who want a snuggly companion and a loyal little shadow. If you’re looking for a loving cat who just wants comfort, consistency, and affection, Glitch may be your perfect match.  Glitch lives in Battle Ground, WA and her rehoming fee is $50   For more information on meeting and adopting this kitty, please fill out a pre-adoption application under "ADOPT" on our website at WWW.CATSCRADLERESCUE.COM. Your information will be forwarded to the foster parent for follow-ups and meeting arrangement.   Cat's Cradle is an all-volunteer, non-profit foster-home based rescue serving Oregon cats who need new homes. 100% of your adoption fee goes to provide for the medical and physical needs of the cats in our care. We invite you to become a foster parent and experience the great satisfaction of helping a cat or kitten in need.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.January 2, 2026, 4:47 pm

Story
Boots is a gorgeous long-haired gray cat! He loves to play with feather toys and chase after balls. He is great about playing alone, but enjoys when you play with him even more! Boots is also ready to chill with you after a long day, curling up near wherever you are sitting. He warms up to new people fast and will ask them for head scratches. Due to his long coat he needs frequent brushing, which he does well with (especially if he gets a churu treat). He is very affectionate with his sister, Dora, and was good with other cats when in the shelter!

Story
Moonie was left behind by one of the neighbors about 2 months ago. He’s a soft, healthy and well fed indoors cat. He loves cuddles and is very friendly! I love this cat, but I’m not financially stable to continue taking care of him. Unfortunately I don’t have any medical records of this cat, and he has not been neutered yet. Please help Larry find a loving home

Story
Beatrix was found as a stray kitten in 2019, so is assumed to be 5/6 years old. She is a very gentle, petite little girl at only 8 lbs. She is very easy-going, preferring to snuggle or sunbathe most of the day. She has never been aggressive towards people or animals, but she does seem to have anxiety about being around too many other pets. She currently lives in a house of 4 cats, which has caused over-grooming and marking (pee) behaviors. She also lost her best friend, Ed the rabbit, which has caused further anxiety. Although she is a VERY sweet girl, I feel guilty keeping her in an environment that causes her so much stress. Besides the stress behavior, she has never been aggressive or destructive. I do believe the ideal fit would be as an only cat, with access to the outdoors as a bonus.
