**Adoption visits are by appointment only** If you see an animal you're interested in, fill out an adoption questionnaire on our website https://everettwa.gov/161/Adopt-a-Pet*THIS IS A FERAL OR SEMI-FERAL BARN CAT*Feral or semi-feral cats are fearful of people. They prefer the company of other cats and animals. These cats are usually very shy and seldom seen. They may be the safest option if you have young children because they will naturally hide from them. All of our barn cats are spayed or neutered, vaccinated, de-wormed, treated for fleas, microchipped and ear-tipped before going to their new homes. Our goal is to get these cats into new barn homes as soon as possible, and adoptions are on a first come, first served basis. The adoption fee is waived for our barn cats, but donations are appreciated.

These two are very scared at the shelter and are looking for a nice, quiet home with patient adopters willing to give them lots of time to adjust. Nichelle is the more outgoing of the two and does seem to enjoy being pet. Roddenberry is still fearful but with time we think he will start to open up. If you have room in your homes and hearts for two kitties looking for a loving home, then look no further than Nichelle and Roddenberry!

Story
Meet Lina. Although Lina is sweet and loving, she prefers attention on her own terms. She would do best as the only pet in the home, and she will need a cat savvy person who will understand her limitations and be patient with her. Lina also has a condition called IMHA or Immune Mediated Hemolytic Anemia, that requires her to be on long term medication. Lina also has asthma, chronic kidney disease, arthritis, anemia, and will need routine blood work, which should be monitored twice yearly. Lina also requires a special prescription diet. Like all Purrfect Pals cats, Lina is microchipped, altered, vaccinated and viral tested. If you are interested in adopting this cat, please complete a pre adoption questionnaire (on our website) and send it back to adopt@purrfectpals.org

Story
Meet Beau Bear Paxton! Beau is an introvert at heart and would do great in a quiet home with a loving family to dote on him. Beau Bear Paxton is a timid, but older gentleman who first came to Purrfect Pals as a kitten and has recently found his way back to us after his lifelong owner passed away. Beau currently takes half a pill of cerenia every other day due to his pancreas values (this may not be long term). He is currently in diabetic remission and not on insulin. He will need to be on a diabetic diet long-term to hopefully keep him that way. He would thrive best in a quiet, attentive home without young children because he can get over stimulated. Beau needs to be seen by a vet every 6 months to a year. Like all Purrfect Pals cats, Beau Bear Paxton has been viral tested, altered, microchipped, and started on vaccines. If you are interested in adopting this cat, please complete a pre adoption questionnaire (on our website) and send it back to adopt@purrfectpals.org

Story
Meet Butterscotch. Butterscotch is a sweet girl who would like you to know that she has behavioral inappropriate elimination/litter box issues. We would like you to know that she is still not using her litter box 100% of the time, so she will need a owner who understands that this is a on going challenge. Butterscotch does like having canine friends, so she wouldn't mind a dog living in her new home. Like all Purrfect Pals felines, Butterscotch has been altered, microchipped, viral tested and started on vaccines. If you are interested in adoption, please complete a pre adoption application on our website Purrfect Pals.org
