Story
Finn is a large, friendly cat who is about 5 or 6 years old. He will greet you and visitors at the door, and follow you around the house. Finn loves pets from his favorite person and will let you rub his belly for hours. He does not scratch furniture, but loves his cardboard scratchers. He would be best in a home without young children, as their enthusiastic interactions can overwhelm him. He would love to be an only pet, but he should be good with other animals, with a slow introduction. Finn is usually fine around groups of people in the home and wants to be near all the fun. He spends much of his day resting on the back of our couch, where he can watch the outdoor scenes. He has been an indoor cat, but loves the occasional chance to sneak outside. On those occasions, he always stays near the house. He will even sit at your feet while you relax on the patio. Sometimes, he seems to think he is a dog!

Good with cats, Spayed or Neutered,
Story
We’ve got kittens! If you're ready to add some spunk, silliness, and purrs to your home, now is the time! Kittens are full of energy and need homes where people have the time to give them lots of daily play, pets, and attention. Younger kittens often do best going home with a sibling or to a home with a young, playful resident cat to keep them company and help keep them busy! Plus, it helps teach them appropriate manners, so that they don't play too rough with human hands. Any introductions to resident pets should be done slowly. Most kittens will do well with older kids who can handle them gently. If you're ready to welcome home one (or two!) little ones, make an adoption appointment to visit them today!

Story
Aphrodite Psyche is the ruler of relaxation and empress of extra treats. This senior gal was surrendered to our rescue through no fault of her own. Understandably, she is a bit of unsure of the world right now and is not her usual cuddly self. We believe with time and the right adopter, she will get back to her old ways of enjoying the company of humans. Her plumper physique necessitates she continue on her weight loss journey and would love a home where her humans can continue to support a healthy and active lifestyle. Please visit our website www.motleyzoorescue.org to learn more about this amazing pet and to see other available dogs and cats.
