Hollis is a beautiful 11-month-old Tortie female, who was brought to our shelter by a local Animal Control officer. She is a petite cat with a shy but sweet personality. She is also curious and likes to check out her environment and see what's going on outside the window. Hollis is becoming more confident every day and loves getting attention and pets. As she is timid, she prefers for you to come to her to pet and love on her. She loves to play with humans and also with calm cats that will be gentle with her. Hollis is looking for a home where she can blossom and have another cat companion to help her come out of her shell even more. A patient family and a quiet home will be best for her. She has never met dogs yet, so we don't know how she will be with them. As we are closed to the public, adoptions are by appointment only. Pinot and Burrata MUST be adopted together.Burrata is sweet and calm girl is the perfect addition to a loving family! Even though she loves to run around with her sister Pinot - and get into some mischief, she is super calm and loves to nap! Sometimes she's a little vocal but typically she's just hanging out and watching everything around her! This little burrata ball is such a love bug and is looking for a loving family to call home with her sister!Pinot starts everyday excited to get into what life has in store. She is brave, independent and adventurous. So when it comes to controlling her - good luck! She is by far one of the sweetest girls and loves to play with her siblings, but she also leads the pack and isn't afraid to go to new places, meet other animals and climb whatever she can. Pinot is extremely energetic - but once she tires out she is ready to cuddle and get love from you!Adopters must be within driving distance of Grafton, MA to bring their cat/kitten(s) to Tufts to get spay/neutered by 6 months of age.Pre-adoption meetings to review adoption plans, paperwork, payment, and contracts will be done through Google Meet. Meow meow from Bailey, our 12 year old neutered male buff boy! Bailey loves greeting us every morning with a lovely melody of mews, telling us he is pumped for breakfast & lovings. He is the sweetest boy in house right now, he loves rubbing his face on your own, and enjoys being held & pat. He is definitely going to make somebody very happy as he lays on their lap, purring the day away. Our boy would benefit from somebody that would brush him every so often, he is a real fuzzy guy and doesn't upkeep his fur too well these days.Bailey is on a special vet prescribed diet called Science Diet K/D, he is in early stages of kidney disease & this food is to help give them a boost to keep functioning properly. Due to this, we are looking for a good vet reference from his adopters to ensure they will be able to continue this diet and any needs he may require as he continues into his golden years. We believe he could live with another friendly, calmer cat after a slow introduction. He may be able to live with a calm dog that won't bother him. Bailey is so sweet that we believe he could live with children, as long as they are able to respect a cat's space and boundaries. Have you been looking for a sweetpea to add to your home? We have no history for me, and I am a bit scared right now, having been through such transition over the past week. I will need a slow introduction to my new home, litter box, and any existing pets while I settle in and become comfortable in my new surroundings. The shelter is open Tuesday through Sunday from noon - 3:00pm, with no appointment needed to meet available cats.
