Story
Lovable black cat that loves to cuddle. We adopted him from the humane society when he was 1 and unfortunately are unable to keep him due to lease issues. He’s almost 8 years old but still acts like he’s 2. He doesn’t tear up furniture and loves to lay in your lap all day or hang out on his cat tree. Litter box trained and very well behaved.

Story
Hello, I'm King Louie the Cat. I am a kitty that is loyal, royal and loves the lux life.  Ideally good in a home with another cat. I'm happy with other nice cats and love my people once I've settled into my new castle. I'm not too sure about dogs, but I've been in a home with 2 and tolerated them well in my foster home. I like kids and have been around all ages of cat-kind children. I would do fine as a solo-cat or with another friendly kitty as well. I love to lounge, play, partake of delicious snacks, sit atop my throne -- you call it a cat tree, relax in the window (bird watching) and hang out with my people. I have great litterbox habits, too! Interested in meeting me, put in an application (there is no obligation) at FriscoHumaneSociety.com. I have all my core vetting: spayed, vaccinations, neg/neg FIV/FeLV test, flea prevention, deworming prevention, microchipped. Approx DOB 9/1/21Interested in one of our cats/dogs? First step: Fill out the required adoption application. We do not adopt to anyone living outside of the greater Dallas/Fort Worth area. All our cats/dogs will be spayed/neutered, heart worm tested (dogs-age appropriate), FeLV/FIV test (cat/litter), microchipped, and current on vaccinations. We do not adopt on a first-come, first-served basis. We review all applications received to ensure that the animal and the applicant are a good match based on personal experiences with the animal. These animals live in foster homes with us, so we are familiar with their habits and behaviors. Home visits may be required prior to adoption approval. Story
My name is Shadow. I'm a gorgeous black (panther) house cat.  At first, I might seem a little shy, but once I settle in and get to know you,  I'm great fun.  I love to play, explore, treats, and hanging out with my cat friends .  I would love to be adopted with my sibling Luna... or to a family with another friendly kitty cat.   I do have a small amount of thinned hair. The vet says it is part of me recovering from a skin infection, which I was already treated for.   Do I sound like the perfect fit for your family? I have my vetting done!  I have been spayed, had my vaccinations, tested for FIV/FELV, preventative flea & dewormer, and I'm microchipped. So, what are you waiting for? If you'd like to meet me,  fill out an application . There is no obligation, it just starts the conversation.   Approx DOB 07/26/2024   Did you know?  Every  Saturday & Sunday  Frisco Humane Society has  Adopt-A-Pet  events at  PetSmart  at 3333 Preston Road, Frisco, TX. Story
Meet Brownie. This gorgeous girl is a three-year-old, medium-haired tortoiseshell with the softest fur and the most soulful eyes. She’s a big, fluffy beauty who turns heads wherever she goes — but it’s her gentle heart that truly makes her special. She was adopted a couple of years ago but recently returned when she and the other cat in the home (her littermate) just couldn’t find harmony. Sometimes even family doesn’t mean “best fit,” and that’s okay — it simply helped us learn what she truly needs to thrive. She’s a shy, quiet soul who blossoms with patience. Once she feels safe, she shows her affection on her terms — sweet, calm companionship, soft purrs, and a steady presence by your side. She’s not demanding or loud, just beautifully content sharing space with someone who understands that trust takes time. This lovely girl would do best as the only pet in the home, where she can be the center of attention without competition. A calm household with older children would suit her well, as she appreciates gentle interactions and predictable routines. She has excellent litter box manners, is fully vetted, microchipped, and ready for her next chapter — one filled with kindness, understanding, and love. If you’re looking for a peaceful, devoted companion who will reward your patience with quiet affection and unwavering loyalty, this pretty tortie may be the one your heart has been waiting for.

Story
Lovie is a spayed, deeply affectionate cat who truly lives up to her name. Adopted as a kitten alongside her sister, the two were inseparable for the first 2½ years of their lives. Tragically, her sister passed away, and since then Lovie has struggled with profound loneliness. We have done everything possible to comfort and support her, but Lovie longs for near-constant companionship and reassurance. She wants to be close, to feel loved, and to know she is safe. Lovie would flourish in a calm, nurturing home with minimal chaos and someone who can devote time and attention to her. She would be an ideal companion for an elderly person or anyone who is home often and seeking a loyal, loving presence. In the right environment, Lovie will truly blossom and return that love tenfold.
