Meet Shadow! Shadow is a beautiful black kitty with striking yellow eyes and a soft, medium-length coat. Petite and graceful, this gentle girl is estimated to be about 9–10 months old. Recently transitioning from outdoor life to the comfort of indoor living, Shadow is learning how wonderful it feels to be safe, loved, and cozy. Though she’s a bit shy at first, Shadow’s affectionate nature shines through once she feels comfortable. She purrs the moment she’s greeted and absolutely loves gentle pets and calm attention from her humans. Shadow was a wonderful mama to her seven kittens and is now ready for her own chapter—a quiet, loving forever home where she can continue to blossom and feel secure. She was deeply loved by her previous human, who heartbreakingly had to surrender her while prioritizing her own mental health and safety. There were many tears, and itâ&#194&#128&#194&#153s clear that Pickles has always been someoneâ&#194&#128&#194&#153s beloved girl. Now, sheâ&#194&#128&#194&#153s looking for her next ride-or-die. Social and sweet, Pickles thrives in the company of humans and is always down for a good snuggle. Sheâ&#194&#128&#194&#153s litterbox trained, a professional cuddle consultant, and she knows she deserves a throne (or at least a warm lap). Like many of us girlies in 2025, sheâ&#194&#128&#194&#153s on a gut-healing journeyâ&#194&#128&#194&#148Pickles has IBS, and her foster is working on getting her tummy tuned up and street-legal like sheâ&#194&#128&#194&#153s in Fast & Furious: Feline Drift.
