Story
Hi there! I'm Ronan, a playful and affectionate cat looking for a calm, loving forever home! I'm quite social and would love a cat buddy who also enjoys playing, though I'm very good at reading social cues and respecting boundaries with my fellow felines. I enjoy attention and will often follow my person around, meowing gently until I get some well-deserved pets! While I love a good snuggle, I prefer to sit next to you rather than on your lap-though I might eventually warm up to lap-sitting once I'm fully settled. Please be aware that I'm not a fan of being picked up; I tend to wiggle and twist to get back on the ground, so keep those moments short and sweet. Since I'm a sensitive soul, new sounds, noises, and activities can scare me, which is one big reason why I will hide. I will greatly appreciate having a dedicated place where I can go to get away from those kinds of happenings. Because of this, I need a home with a calm activity level. If there are children in the home, they should be at least 10 years old to ensure they understand my need for space and gentle handling. You will want to give me a little time to get used to my new home and any other pets who live there. After that adjustment period, you won't be alone-I'll be right there with you! I hope you're the one to take me to my forever home! Primary Color: White Secondary Color: Black Weight: 9.25 Age: 2yrs 7mths 1wks

Story
Meet Mezze, a gentle soul who believes that the best friendships are worth the wait. While she may start her journey with you as a "professional wallflower," hiding away until she feels the coast is clear, her shy exterior protects a heart made of pure gold. Mezze is looking for a patient companion who understands that a little bit of quiet and a few treats go a long way. Once she realizes she's safe, her nervous jitters melt into soft purrs, and she will lean eagerly into your hand for chin scratches and pets. If you have a calm home and a soft spot for the underdog, Mezze is ready to bloom right by your side. Primary Color: Tuxedo Weight: 7.5625 Age: 4yrs 1mths 0wks

Story
Appa is a loving boy. He does well with other cats, loves to play and be loved on. The reason I am rehoming is because my life has changed and I can no longer afford him (I have four cats) and he’s one I’ve heart achingly chosen to give up because I also have little kids and he does not do well. He is not aggressive or anything towards them but he gets highly stressed by them. I don’t want to rehome him if you have kids. He is very scared and skittish. Best in a house with one other cat or no other cats and no kids

Story
Squeakers is about 11 years old and was born to a feral mother. She was spayed before she was domesticated, so she has a clipped ear. My mother domesticated her and she has been a house cat ever since. Squeakers loves attention and lap time. If you don't get the hint that she wants attention she will lick your bare arm or leg. Although she meows when she really wants something, when she is happy she makes kitten-like squeaking sounds, and thus her name.

Story
Hi there! I'm one of those cats who believes the best relationships are worth waiting for. I've discovered I need a moment to assess the situation before diving into the whole "being adorable" thing. But don't worry - once I figure out you're as wonderful as you seem, I transform into a gentle love bug who melts at soft pets and quiet conversations. Here's what you need to know about me:I can be shy in new spaces. I need a family who will let me take things at my own pace as I learn about new things. Once I come out of my shell, I have lots of love to give.I'm being treated for Ringworm. I'll need continued treatments at home until I'm no longer contagious. The staff at the shelter can tell you more. Primary Color: Brown Tabby Weight: 2.53 Age: 0yrs 0mths 11wks
