Story
Meet Maple – A Shy but Playful Little ExplorerLooking for a gentle companion to grow with? Maple is ready to find her forever home—one where patience, kindness, and playtime are in full supply.Maple is a soft-hearted kitten with a quiet presence and a gentle charm. Though she may be a bit timid at first, this sweet girl has a playful sparkle just waiting to emerge once she feels safe and settled. With patience and love, Maple transforms from a cautious observer into a curious little adventurer. She may take a little while to adjust to new surroundings, but once she begins to trust, you’ll see her batting at toys, sneaking in for snuggles, and chasing sunbeams across the floor. Maple does well with other cats and even dog friends, as long as introductions are slow and respectful—she just needs a moment to find her footing.Maple would thrive in a calm, and understanding home where her boundaries are respected and her confidence can grow at her own pace. In return, you’ll be rewarded with the joy of watching her personality bloom day by day.Maple would do best adopted with her mom, Whisper.

Story
This is Bilbo. Bilbo doesn`t like other kitties but he loves people and being pet. He is an older male at 9 years, but is still active and loving. He does have a tendency to give love bites so a quiet home, older teens or no kids would be best. He would love to be in a home with a person who is home all the time. He needs to be brushed regularly because his stomach seems to be sensitive to hairballs. He is on a wet food or raw food diet but we are experimenting with adding some dry kibble to his diet. All medical and vaccines are current. Want this tux cutie as your new companion? He is available for adoption thru OFOSA. Applications can be made here: https://ofosa.org/adoption-application-cat/

Story
Echidna is a beautiful grey female with the faintest hint of spots and stripes. Like her sisters hedgehog and porcupine, she was previously feral, but is now cautiously friendly and affectionate. She startles at unfamiliar noises, but is doing well with common household noise. She will hide from strangers. She is the most nervous of the bunch and is very wary of being approached and does not tolerate being held. She does love being a pet on her terms. This usually occurs when seated on the couch in the quiet hours of the evening. She will nudge your feet or legs and purr loudly and will accept pets and tummy rubs. Recently, she has been approaching me in the mornings with quiet meows and will even let me reach down to pet her while I`m standing. She desperately needs other cats. She always sleeps with her sisters and she will look for them if they get seperated. She would do well in a home with one of her sisters or with other friendly cats. Her favorite toy is a hairband or plastic ring toy, but she also likes a good stick toy. She needs an understanding person who is willing to take it slow and get to know her, but I do think she will make a loving companion for the right person.
