Appropriately named, Garfield is an orange, big lug of a guy (although we aren't sure if he loves lasagna) who may need to lose a pound or two. He is also very shy, so he is looking for a quiet and patient home that will give him the time he needs to feel confident and safe.

Story
Twiggy is a sweet, lazy girl, and comes with a built-in best friend! She is very much bonded to Stryker, her non-biological brother, and I am hoping to rehome them together. Stryker is a tuxedo cat. They're both 8, and have been together over 7 years. They are very friendly and sweet kitties; they've never had any health or behavioral issues. They're fine with kids and other pets, and will just avoid them if they aren't comfortable. I think they'd do great in any home, but mostly a single adult, a couple, or a family with kids old enough to understand adult directions. Twiggy isn't needy, she will happily accept attention but she won't typically pester you for it. Her only flaw is she sometimes gets hairballs, but this is improved by occasional brushing. Stryker has the softest fur ever. He is very lovey and likes to sleep next to his person. He will seek affection, but he won't push it. We are devastated to rehome, but have to because of our newborn baby's health issues.

Story
Solomon and Chanel are two charismatic cats on the prowl for their new family - together! Solomon and Chanel are both affectionate, love pets from their people, and enjoy playing with toys. Solomon is a bit older at 8-years-old, and Chanel clocks in around 4-years-old. They can both be a little shy at first, but given time to settle into their surroundings, are absolutely lovely. Solomon and Chanel do well together but we don't know how they are with other cats or dogs, so any introductions to resident pets should be done slowly. Solomon and Chanel will likely do best with older, cat-experienced kids, who can handle them gently. If you're ready to double the love in your life, send in an adoption application for this pair today! *Solomon and Chanel are currently in a foster home and not located in the shelter#bondedpair #cuddler #playful

Ziggy is eagerly awaiting his new beginning, and he's hoping it involves lots of lap time and super fun toys! Ziggy is about 3-years-old and a great mix of sleepy and playful. He knows cuddling and napping is a great way to spend multiple hours of the day, but that exercise is also important! Ziggy is looking to be the only cat in his new home, but hasn't lived with dogs before. Any introductions to resident pups should be done slowly. Ziggy is looking for a home with just cat-experienced teens who can read his body language. If you're ready to welcome home this terrific tabby, send in an adoption application today! Ziggy's adoption fee is waived in thanks to a generous donor and our Pay it Forward program.

Story
It's raining kittens at Homeward Pet! If you're ready to add some spunk, silliness, and purrs to your home, now is the time. Kittens are full of energy and need homes where people have the time to give them lots of daily play, pets, and attention. Younger kittens often do best going home with a sibling or to a home with a young, playful resident cat to keep them company and help keep them busy! Any introductions to resident pets should be done slowly. Most kittens will do well with older kids who can handle them gently. If you're ready to welcome home one (or two!) little ones, make an adoption appointment to visit them today!
