Story
Hello, Luna is a 6 month old cat. We adopted her at Petco, she was the shyest out of her litter. We adopted her hoping that she would be a play mate for my male cat. 1 month after getting her I found out I was expecting another baby. I already have two toddlers and from the start Luna has been very stressed out by all the noise from my babies. She hides all day and will only come out to eat. I think Luna would benefit from a home where there is not a lot of loud noises or kids screaming. Everyday she is so stressed out from the noise and she deserves to live somewhere where she is not always hiding. She does well with my older male cat.

Story
Juliet is a soft-spoken, self-assured girl who truly appreciates the art of me time. You’ll usually find her curled up in her favorite cozy spot, peacefully minding her own business and soaking up the calm. But don’t mistake her independence for aloofness—Juliet simply likes to be perceived on her terms. When she’s ready for food, pets, or a little companionship, she’ll seek you out and make sure you know it’s time. She especially enjoys quiet company and will happily nap nearby once she’s invited you into her space.Juliet would thrive in a relaxed home with someone who understands and respects feline boundaries—and who appreciates a cat with a gentle personality. If you’re looking for a low-key companion who values quality time over constant attention, Juliet may be your perfect match. 🐾Pets are complex beings and prior to adoption, interested adopters will be counseled by a staff member to discuss the specific needs for each animal. Story
Tofurkey is a petite panther who still has the playfulness of a kitten without the rambunctious mishaps. She is very good at independent play with her toys, especially ones she can bat around or toss in the air. And she loves her scratching pad.She has a normal appetite with no pickiness between wet or dry food and is good about not trying to get into people food (except for chicken, she is very intrigued by chicken). She greets her foster parents with a happy tail, head butts and an adorable `murmur` of a mew and while she seeks out attention she can be flinchy and is best approached with a slow, gentle hand from in front. She loves her chin scritches but can be reserved with other areas and will communicate her preferences with an occasional light nip (nothing aggressive). Not one to lay on laps but enjoys being next to you. She opts to sleep on the couch instead of her parents` bed.The Seattle Animal Shelter is committed to reducing length of stay for all of our shelter pets!
