Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Midnight is a very social kitty. She follows her foster parent around like a puppy and doesn't mind being picked up and put over the shoulder. Walk carefully, though, because she's a pro at figure 8's around the ankles. She might not be a lap cat, but she does enjoy sitting nearby. Midnight is very playful, LOVES the feather on the stick, and enjoys pets and scratches under her chin. She is also an expert Door Opener, but she doesn't mind staying close once she knows where everything is. She is enjoying indoor life in her current foster home. Midnight is looking for a calm home with adults only or older respectful kids and adopters who can read and respect her body language and boundaries. She might do best as your one and only. Pets are complex beings and prior to adoption, interested adopters will be counseled by a staff member to discuss the specific needs for each animal. This will include reviewing all known medical and behavior information.** Please note that some animals will receive numerous inquiries, sometimes more than we can process. We appreciate your understanding and patience. **HOW TO ADOPT: Check the animal's location. Story
Gourd-geous cat alert! Are you ready to squash away your worries? Squash is a sweet and curious lady who is ready to retire in a forever home. She has a gentle and quiet demeanor but enjoys exploring, curious to her surroundings and whatever her people-friends are busy with. She has a loud purr and loves to be scratched under the chin. Her favorite thing (other than you, probably!) is wet food. She'd love a nice home to relax and curl up in a sunny spot (even better if it's on your lap!)Pets are complex beings and prior to adoption, interested adopters will be counseled by a staff member to discuss the specific needs for each animal. Maggie is an affectionate, gentle girl who adores her people and would love to be your one and only pet. This beautiful 7-year-old is full of nuzzles and purrs, and has been known to roll around cutely and invite (judicious) tummy rubs, especially in the presence of catnip. Story
Meet Ginger! If Ginger was a dessert, she would be a ginger snap cookie (of course); sweet, a little spicy, and kind of loud! She's the sweetest older lady with a lot to say. She sure has a talent for conversation; Ginger also informed us she was debate team captain in her heyday, and they even won the state championship in 2008! (We haven't fact checked her on that, though). She loves hanging out, keeping a close watch for shelter staff to arrive in the morning and pay tribute to her with affection. She definitely thinks our cleaning is a waste of our hands, which should be petting her instead, obviously. Ginger would literally love nothing more than to live out her life in the comfort of a warm lap, with a loving family to dote on her head and paw!Pets are complex beings and prior to adoption, interested adopters will be counseled by a staff member to discuss the specific needs for each animal. Double the purrs, double the love! Meet 2 year old Boop, sidekick to her sister Buttons. This delightful duo is ready to be your feline best friends! These girls are both playful, sweet companions who love to snooze in your lap. Fun-loving Boop adores all toys, especially those with feathers, but chasing a laser is the cat’s meow. Buttons is laid-back, happy to snuggle in your clothes, sleep on the warm dryers, or nap next to you while you work. An affectionate girl, Buttons will be the first to greet you when you arrive home!. These curious kitties enjoy following you around, but the girls are also happy to be independent. Avid window-watchers, Boop and Buttons are easily entertained by the birds and squirrels outside.. Both cats are spayed and house-trained and play well with other cats. Although listed separately, as bonded siblings, the cats must be adopted together. No two ways about it, Boop and Buttons are ready to bring their joy and cuddles to your home! This pet is located in Houston, TX. After you fill out the application, and become an approved adopter, we will schedule a virtual meet and greet with the foster and the little one. After that, we will make arrangements to have the pet transported by van or flown to the Seattle area. The process of arranging the travel and getting the animal here, on average, takes 2-3 weeks, depending on availability of the transporters and your availability to meet them. We understand this process is not as easy as walking into a shelter and immediately adopting a pet, but getting animals out of Houston and the surrounding areas is the only viable chance many of them have, so we appreciate your understanding during this process. We do not accept ANY adoption fees ahead of the pet's arrival, until the pet is with you. We also understand adopting a pet you have not seen in person can be a bit worrisome, especially if other animals are involved. During the adoption process we do our best to convey the personality and allowances of each pet. This is where the foster's involvement is vital. The fosters have the animals often for an extended period of time, and have gotten to know them well. In saying that, not everything is predictable. If things are not what you expect, we have resources on the Seattle side to take the animal back. If possible, we would appreciate, if the situation allows, for you to foster the pet until a new home is found. If that is not possible, we also understand that, and will take them back regardless.

Her favorite spot is a loft bed, where she rules with regal charm. When night falls, Flasha descends from her throne like a graceful maid, strutting down the ladder like Vanna White, ready to find a warm human to snuggle up with and keep cozy. She adores kids tolerating the screeches and erupting noise we know they can create during but he day and bravely guards them from any nighttime monsters. Although she has met dogs, Flasha prefers to keep her distance and won't be cuddling with them. She's cool and respectful in their presence. Flasha is a pro at adapting to change and is eagerly waiting for her forever home, where she can reign with a permanent throne and the best human to care for her. If you're looking for a loyal, regal, and cuddly feline companion, Flasha is ready to charm her way into your heart and become your purrfect companion. Not good with kids, Needs experienced adopter, House-trained, Spayed or Neutered,
Story
I rescued Bella after her owners put her next to a dumpster to be thrown away on trash day. She had just given birth and was around 8 mos old. Since then she has been spayed, vaccinated and well cared for. She is very sweet, smart, well-behaved, loves attention and to play and explore. She would do best in a calmer environment without other pets (? I do not know this for sure but she was afraid of my neighbors cat) and with someone who can give her lots of attention (she is social with others but terrified of young children). She is used to a very clean litter box, apartment, and being well-cared for and I seek the same for her. She does have food allergies and is on prescription diet which she has done well with. I love her very much and it breaks my heart to let her go, but I cannot afford to care for her. She is due for her yearly vaccinations and a check-up. I literally have no money nor options with rent for July, so I am hoping to find this wonderful kitten a good home asap.

Simon and Stella are from the same litter, they are super friendly and funny. They were born a year ago in Eastern WA but have grown up in our West Seattle apartment. They play together but don't fight, they cuddle and like affection from humans. They are active at one year old and need room to play. They have literally never gone potty outside of a litter box. They are really wonderful kitties and we are devastated to part with them.

Story
Simon and Stella are from the same litter, they are super friendly and funny. They were born a year ago in Eastern WA but have grown up in our West Seattle apartment. They play together but don't fight, they cuddle and like affection from humans. They are active at one year old and need room to play. They have literally never gone potty outside of a litter box. They are really wonderful kitties and we are devastated to part with them.
