Buddy was abandoned in my neighborhood when he was a young pup. I took him in and took care of him until he was about a year and a half old. Then I moved to Fort Worth with Buddy who had puppy brain and needed training. I took him to Alan Brown, a man that is now in jail for abusing animals in his care. Mr. Brown was supposed to work with him and bring him back in a week. I never heard from him or Buddy again. Four years later, just before Christmas I get a call that Buddy is in a kill shelter. I go get him and bring him home, but he is too much dog for me and I've gotten too old to care for him like he needs to be cared for. He fights with my other two dogs and tries to kill my cats. He's a good dog, a smart dog and a wonderful dog for somebody, he just doesn't fit into our little family. So I put Buddy up to rehome. We unfortunately found out that our child is allergic to dogs. We love him, but unfortunately have to rehome him. He will do anything for a little piece of cheese or whipped cream. Ted is full of love and excitement and is perfect for a younger couple that is very active. Currently he is in our home with 2 toddlers, but likes to jump upon the initial meeting so it may take him some time to get used to new people. He really enjoys running. When it comes to other dogs it really depends on who he gets along with, as he has been the only dog in our house for the last 6 years. Loves belly rubs and thinks that he is a lap dog. Would love a big yard to run around in and someone that can give a lot of love.

Nylah is a 5 month old German Shepherd Dog. She is a great puppy, but we do not have the space to keep her. We were supposed to move into a home with a yard, but we were unsuccessful in that. We are in an apartment and she needs more space to be free. Also, we are having a hard time training she as first time pet owners; and we don’t feel we’re being fair by being impatient with her because we aren’t fully capable of training her. Nylah is so full of fun, and love. She is great with the kids and already very protective. I wish we could keep her but right now is just not the time. We are seeking a LOVING, JOYFUL family for her.
