Story
Looking for a cheerful and family-friendly friend? Meet Gracie! This lovely dog walks nicely on a leash, and with continued gentle guidance, will become a pro. Gracie is reliably crate-trained and has been doing wonderfully with her house training, although patience and consistency will be key as she adjusts to a new environment. We've seen Gracie interact beautifully with other dogs and she adores children! When it comes to cats, we're unsure of her history, so a home without cats or a very slow and supervised introduction would be the most responsible approach. Gracie joined us as a breeder surrender and has received excellent veterinary care, including recent blood work and a dental cleaning where all her pearly whites were preserved! We think this fun-loving and playful girl will bring lots of smiles to a home with dogs and kids.
Interested in becoming a forever home for Gracie Tricket? For immediate consideration, please fill out our online adoption application: http://www.friendswithfourpaws.org/adoption-form.html This is the first step in our process, and we DO NOT go any further without an application.
If there are multiple dogs that you are interested in, please fill out an application for each dog. This does not include bonded pairs, one application will be fine. We have different adoption coordinators working with different dogs, and your application may be missed if you only apply once.
Find more adoptable pets, news and information on Instagram @friendswithfourpaws or our Facebook page Friends with Four Paws .
We put a lot of time and energy into processing our adoptions to find our babies the best fit home for them and you. Please do not submit an application if you are not serious about adopting Gracie Tricket.
We are so excited to work with you to find you a new forever friend, and Gracie Tricket the perfect forever home, and appreciate you working with us.
Our adoption fee is $850. This includes their spay/neuter surgery, full (age appropriate) vaccinations, microchip insertion and registration, deworming, heartworm testing and prevention, flea and tick prevention and travel expenses.
All of our dogs are rescued from local shelters and the general public. Each dog is then placed in a foster home where he/she is kept for quarantine, to ensure if the dog gets sick it can receive proper treatment. We have foster homes in the NJ/NY area waiting to receive their fosters. Once an animal has received an application or there's an adopter interested, we make arrangements for transport. If a dog is already in foster care in NYC/NJ, an adopter will be put in touch with the foster home AFTER an application is being processed.
Thank you in advance for your patience with our process and for making adoption YOUR option!
