Story
Max is the sweetest boy! He is loving and playful. He will get out and run and play with you. Then he will lay down and do nothing with you. He is an amazing companion and will be a great dog for any home. He has a sister Sky (3yrs old) who is also listed for adoption, I would like to keep them together. They are the sweetest dogs and are great with other dogs, people both men and woman and kids as well. It’s breaks my heart to have to rehome them, but my travel for work has left me leaving them boarded when I travel and I would like to see them go to a home that has more time to give them love.

Story
He's a good, loving, and well-behaved dog who just wants someone to love him, pet him, and have time to play with him. He loves toys and spending time outdoors running and playing with them. I've had him for two years. My sister gave him to me when he was 3 months old. I can't keep him with me anymore because I'm moving to another state, to a small place that doesn't have a yard for him to have the freedom to run around like he's been doing up until now, and they don't allow pets. Any questions send me msj 832-468-0045.

Story
Saffron is an young German Shepherd mix bursting with joy, energy, and puppy enthusiasm. She walks pretty well on a leash, but once she’s loose in the play yard, it’s zoomies galore! Saffron loves to run at top speed, fishtailing her back legs as she makes sharp turns, clearly having the time of her life. She’s very energetic and playful and tends to jump up a lot in excitement - she’s just so eager to play and be involved that she can’t quite contain herself yet! She does know how to sit on command, and she’s motivated by both treats and toys. Squeaky toys are a favorite, and she’s perfectly happy entertaining herself with them.Despite her go-go-go speed, Saffron has a sweet off switch: when you’re petting her, she melts. She’ll happily settle in for as long as you’ll give her attention, rolling right over for belly rubs (which she absolutely adores). She’s a playful pup at heart and still very much enjoying the world with puppy curiosity. Saffron would thrive with an active home ready to help her channel her energy, continue her training, and give her plenty of playtime and cuddles. If you’re looking for a fun, affectionate, high-energy companion, Saffron might be your perfect match.

Story
Herbert is an energetic, happy go lucky guy who brings enthusiasm and fun wherever he goes. Playtime is where Herbert really shines. He loves to run, explore, and entertain himself with toys - but his absolute favorite is when you join in. If you playfully chase him, he’s convinced it’s the best game ever and will zoom around with pure delight. His playful spirit makes every outing feel like an adventure.Herbert is treat motivated and takes snacks nicely from your hand, and he’s also great at sniffing out lost ones in the grass. He doesn’t seem to know any tricks just yet, but with his energy and enthusiasm, he’ll be a great candidate for training and enrichment. Herbert would thrive with an active adopter who enjoys play, movement, and building a bond through training and fun. If you’re looking for a high energy companion who will keep you smiling, Herbert may be your perfect match.

Story
Hello, my name is Cranberry! I was taken into a veterinary clinic the day before Thanksgiving with a broken leg. They think I was hit by a car, but you wouldn’t know it by the way I am the happiest pup in the world! I have beautiful brindle highlights that is a must see in person. If my foster has 2 words to describe me it would be SWEET and ACTIVE. I get along with everyone! Dogs, cats, kids, I love them all. I would be best in an active home that will keep my life full of fun and adventures. My foster says I am smart and a fast learner. I've picked up on training very well. I love kids, but because of my puppy zoomie clumsiness I might do better in a home with kids older than 5 years old. My adoption fee is $350 locally in Houston, TX and it includes all my age appropriate vaccines, spayed and microchipped. I can be transported out of state for $550 (includes transport fee and health certificate) Fill out an app at: https://toolkit.rescuegroups.org/of/f?c=SQYPSGVQJanuary 21, 2026, 4:57 pm

Story
Meet Fluffy — a sweet, gentle old soul looking for a soft place to land. At 9 years old, this handsome German Shepherd has perfected the art of being an easy, low maintenance companion. He’s great on a leash, walks beautifully by your side, and enjoys quiet time exploring the play yards at his own relaxed pace. Fluffy has a lower energy level and is happiest just hanging out near you...unless treats are involved! He’s very food motivated and proudly shows off his skills. He’ll sit, lay down, and shake on command, and if you’re taking too long to hand over the treat, he’ll politely offer his paw as a reminder! He welcomes any and all pets or affection, but belly rubs seem to be his favorite - he’ll roll right over to request them with zero hesitation.Fluffy is a loving dog who just wants a peaceful home, soft beds, and a person who appreciates his gentle heart. If you’re looking for an easygoing companion with impeccable manners and lots of love left to give, Fluffy is your guy.

Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Marigold is a stunning German Shepherd with a calm, confident presence and a heart as golden as her name. Marigold is great on a leash, and strolls nicely by your side without pulling. She`s a pro at sitting and laying on command. Whether she`s eager to please or just eager for a tasty treat is up for debate! She takes treats gently from your hand, or can catch them midair when tossed. She`s very smart and talented! This gorgeous girl enjoys being pet and spending time with people, but she’s also perfectly content doing her own thing. She has a low to medium energy level. Toys aren’t really her thing, but calm companionship absolutely is.

Story
We got her when she was 1 month old in 2019, now she is 5 years old I believe. We also have a 10 year old golden retriever and recently we just had a baby. Chopper is an indoor dog, she loves crashing on the sofa but when she plays, she plays hard. We really dont want to rehome Chopper because she's been living with us for the past 5 years but she keep making loud noise, bark instantly when there's sounds in the front yard that wake our baby up and crying hard. Chopper's a good girl but she is not gentle enough to hang out our baby because she's big, heavy and very active unlike the golden retriever, very soft, calm and mellow. I dont know what else to say, it breaks our hearts but we have to rehome Chopper.
