Please go to our website at www.milehighlabmission.com to find out more about this pet and to submit an adoption application.  Please DO NOT call or email us; all information about current dogs available, adoption donations, vetting, and this specific dog are on our website. We are a non-profit organization and we are completely 100% volunteer run. We DO NOT have a shelter and only approved applicants can make appointments with our foster homes to meet the dogs we have. Our volunteers will not discuss dogs we have available for adoption UNTIL you have an application on file and are approved to adopt.General Notes | If your home is missing a little rhythm, a lot of soul, and a whole bunch of love, it’s time to roll out the red carpet for Patty! This gorgeous puppy is a true diva in the making—not because she’s high-maintenance, but because she has a powerhouse personality that will absolutely knock your socks off. Just like the legendary Patty LaBelle, this little girl is ready to turn every ordinary day into a spectacular performance of joy, tail wags, and pure affection. Want to adopt this dog? Please do not email us. Please fill out the Adoption Application ASAP, and an Adoption Coordinator will be in touch within a few days. Our standard application processing timeline is 12 - 14 days. Personality | Super sweet and happy! Story | We were told these babies are doodle mixes! Other Dogs | Great with other dogs! Cats | Young enough to do well with kitties with proper intros!Children | Young enough to do well with kind, respectful kiddos. Training | In progress.Leash | Too little to leash walk, but will learn with time! Our rescue follows “No Paws on the Ground" (NPOG) as a safety protocol for young puppies, primarily used by veterinarians, shelters, and rescues. It means that an unvaccinated or partially vaccinated puppy should never be allowed to put their feet on the ground in any public or communal area where other dogs or animals may have been. These babies love to play in secure yards, and be snuggled and held on family walks.Activity Level | Moderate/high. Poodles are a smart, active breed so these babies are looking for an active home!Health Notes | Healthy and happy :)Thank you! Adoption Donations | Our adoption donations are $575 for dogs 8 weeks to 1 year old, $525 for 1 - 6 years old, $475 for dogs 7 - 10 years old, and $350 for 11+ years of age. Purebred dogs regardless of age are $625. These minimum donations help to defer the costs of initial vet care, food, transportation to Colorado, and supplies while in foster care (that currently average over $750 per dog).Meeting Dogs | Foster dogs may have meet and greets by appointment to approved applicants only. To become an approved applicant - please complete the application process. We will not respond to emails about animal availability or allow meet and greets without an approved adoption application on file. Please Note | Available dogs are updated as soon as possible and we do our best to keep it up-to-date, but occasionally dogs shown may become unavailable without notice due to a pending adoption. We can not guarantee that a dog you wish to adopt is available by the time your adoption application is submitted, processed, and approved.  Your application is good for one year from the date of applying for any dog as long as it is a good fit for your family and your lifestyle. We encourage you to put in an application even if you don't see your new family member currently, as once you are approved, we can place you on the waiting list for first priority on the selection of the dogs we do bring in. That means you can often meet a dog upon transport arrival and adopt before they even make it to this page!May 19, 2026, 1:55 am

Just like a classic Polly Pocket, this little puppy is the ultimate "tiny but mighty" companion. She might be small right now, but she comes with a world of imagination, endless fun, and a heart big enough to fill an entire stadium. Polly is a literal pocketful of sunshine! She has a bright, curious nature and treats the entire world like her very own custom playset. Whether she’s exploring a new corner of the yard, tucked safely under your arm for a grand adventure, or neatly curled up into a tidy little ball on your lap, Polly is proof that the best things really do come in small packages. Want to adopt this dog? Please do not email us. Story
Hello! This is Peach! We were recently given this dog from a couple who said they were struggling with life and could not keep her. While that may be true, we unfortunately found out that the same family had gotten a new puppy about a week ago. Peach deserves a loving family that can do their best for her. Due to finally getting records, I decided to have bloodwork done since there was not much in her files the original owner sent. Peach was diagnosed with hypothyroidism in March. We have gotten her the medication she needs and she has started showing improvement! She is very sweet and loves to snuggle/sleep. She loves everyone she meets and is always excited to see you! We have a kennel and bed that we will will happily give with her if need be. Please let us know if you are interested in this sweet baby angel!
