Harleigh was a foster fail and came to us abused and timid with her head and tail always down and hiding in a corner. Fast forward 2 years and she’s a completely different dog! She is happy, loving, gentle, and full of life. She gets along with other dogs of all sizes and is gentle with children. She is skeptical of people she is not familiar with at first, but has learned to trust quicker and is not aggressive. She is incredibly intelligent and can learn new tricks/behaviors in a very short time. Just make sure you have lots of treats as she is incredibly food motivated. It is with a heavy heart we are looking to find her a new home. One where she can run free outside and maybe even have a job. She is not happy in a house or our small yard and needs a family that is active and has time for her. I will be picky on where she goes as I do not want her to end up in a shelter. My only request is whoever takes her contact me and bring her back to me if she ends up not being a good fit.
