Hi! I'm Miss Moon! I will be 6 years old in May, and I'm only 75lbs. I know my manners very well, except I tend to like to bark at anything nearby. No one understands that I'm trying to protect them! I LOVE to play tug-a-war with my big twist ropes! I really enjoy laying around inside near my people if it's too hot, but I love rolling in fresh cut grass too...my owner says it turns me green! I'm very loyal and protective of my people, my owner says that I'm true to my breed for personality. I do enjoy car rides, specially if I get front seat! We had to move to the city and I really don't like it, it's been very scary and now I have something called Anxiety...I hope I can find an owner that understands what that is better than me. I am house trained, crate trained, know basic commands, I'm pretty good on a leash but I don't like when others come too close. Honestly I want to find a place I can roam free again! My owner is willing to travel to my new home!

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Meet Barry! He is a gentle, goofy, laidback, 1yr old, 90lb male Great Pyrenees mix. Barry has a lot more of a white Lab build and coat, but still total Pyrenees couch potato energy, even as a puppy! His foster family affectionately calls him 'Butter Bear' because he is so sweet and squishy. He is sweet with people. He can be a little bashful, but will give you gentle kisses and snuggles. He did great at our recent adoption event meeting lots of little kids and adults, he didn't jump up on anyone and ended up laying down calmly. Barry is great with dogs. He loves to play and roughhouse with the large dogs in his foster home. He hasn't been tested with cats or small dogs, but his foster family thinks he would do well with them. He doesn't have a mean bone in his body. Barry is very go with the flow. He is house trained. He walks beautifully on the leash, keeping a perfect strolling pace! He gets a little nervous during car rides and will drool a lot. He has been with his foster family since he was a young puppy found on the streets, so he will need his forever family to be patient with him while he settles in. Barry is currently in a foster home in DFW area, Texas. Out of state adopters are responsible for arranging their own transportation - most make the drive themselves. Barry is neutered and up to date on vaccinations. His adoption fee is $250. He is a very distinguished, sweet, low energy 13 yr old, 90lb, male Great Pyrenees mix, currently looking for a cushy place to live out his golden years. Found on his own last summer, he was chipped but no one came forward for him, so we scooped him up! He is great with big and little dogs. He will romp around with the big dogs in the yard time to time. In his foster home, he has picked out a quiet, out of the way room for when he needs a little peace and quiet. There is a 30" door gate that Bruno easily clears to get into the room, but helps keep the other dogs out. He has not been cat tested. Bruno is friendly and gentle with people. However he is wary of men, especially tall men, so will need slow introductions. Any children in the home should be respectful and not crawl on him since he is a senior. Bruno is very laid back but does enjoy going on 'adventures'. He is outstanding on a leash and loads easily into the car. He loves being brushed but is not a big fan of baths. He is mostly house trained, however when it's storming he can be stubborn about going outside and try to get away with peeing inside. He barks some but not excessive. He was never neutered and our vet has recommended not submitting him to surgery at his age. Bruno is a very sweet, low energy guy that loves getting attention. Will that be from you? Bruno is currently in a foster home in North Texas. Out of state adopters are responsible for arranging their own transport. He is up to date on vaccines. He is currently undergoing slow kill heart worm treatment, SPIN Rescue will provide his adopters with medication to continue treatment. His adoption fee is $200. You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Meet Phoebe! She is a sweet, submissive freckled badger-faced, female Great Pyrenees rescued from a local shelter. Phoebe is almost 4 yrs old and weighs 80 pounds. Phoebe is a little shy when new people approach her, but she will walk right up to you on her own for pets and loving. At her foster home, she enjoys playing with larger dogs and leaves little dogs alone. However she can be reactive towards new dogs in new environments so slow introductions are best if there is another dog in her forever home. She is house trained and is good on a leash, but has a tendency to pull. She rides well in a car and loves to look out the window. Phoebe is very afraid of loud noises like thunder and fireworks, so she needs a little nook to hide in when she feels compelled. She is also not a fan of grooming. However she does love keeping squirrels and birds out of her yard. Phoebe is a very loving girl just waiting for her forever home. Currently she is in a foster home North of Dallas, Texas. Any out of state adopters are responsible for arranging their own transportation. Phoebe is spayed and up to date on vaccines. Her adoption fee is $250.
