Story
**Husky experience or similar breed experience required**Name: Logan Breed: Siberian Husky Age: 1-2 years old Kids: 12+Dogs: selective Cats: NoLogan came to MHS from a partnering animal control that asked us to help out. This handsome guy is estimated to be between 1-2 years young and is longing for his forever home.Logan loves his car rides and his walks! He’s also quite the fan of tennis balls! When not out on an adventure, Logan can be found lounging in the shade in our expen. This guy has a very easy going personality and is a fan of all humans! Logan would prefer a home with a fenced in yard and someone with a very active lifestyle that can get him out for lots of walks/runs to explore the world. Logan is too excited to play with cats, so a cat free home would be best.Logan is neutered, microchipped, and utd on his vaccinations. If you are interested in Logan please fill out an application today!https://service.sheltermanager.com/asmservice?account=meridenhumanesociety&method=online_form_html&formid=27

Story
Welcome Franki to CCPAL Rescue Foster Program. Franki is a 1-year-old Siberian Husky that weighs about 45 pounds with beautiful ice-blue eyes. She looks like a pure bred Husky in our honest opinion. She is very mellow and already has some skills under her belt. She is good in a car. She lays down and relaxes and isn’t nervous at all. She is good on a leash and knows the sit command. She is attentive and was listening well when we were working with her. She loves women naturally and warms up slower to men but very nice to strangers. She is stunningly beautiful and already is trained on an underground fence. She is currently around another dog. It is a Great Pyrenees and she is fine with this dog. She also lives on acerage with alpacas and has been fine with them as well. She has extremely soft fur and is very very sweet. We are proud to be looking for this great dog’s new forever home. Her story is she was dumped out in the country here in Texas and doesn’t have a microchip. All efforts were made to find her owner as she is a wonderful dog. Her home could not be found so she is looking for a new forever home. She is healthy, vaccinated and will be spayed before going to her forever home. She is currently in Texas and can be adopted locally or we can work with one of the wonderful transporters to get her to Washington, Portland, Minnesota, Vermont or all along the East Coast. Her adoption fee is 300 and transport on one of the wonderful transporters is 200. Rhode Island and Massachusetts are not states we adopt to because of the regulations imposed by these states. Contact Marlene at 210-867-1769 or email ccpalinquiries@gmail.com if you have questions. Online applications at www.ccpalrescue.org/ See her cute video.

Judy   Female, Siberian Husky, Estimated Date of Birth 5/12/2019 (5 years), weight 64lbs   Affectionate by nature, Judy is all about love: soaking it up and dishing it out in equal measure. When someone showers her with affection, her happy meter wags enthusiastically. But what truly makes her heart skip a beat is the prospect of having a family of her own.    Judy is very playful.  She loves tug of war, chasing after balls and sniffing out those elusive squirrels. And yet, there's a softer side to this Judy too. She finds contentment lying beneath the shade of a tree, savoring the beauty of the day. And when you're busy at work, Judy is more than happy to be your trusted companion, nestled under the desk, keeping you company.   Above all else, Judy's heart yearns to be with her people. Love and companionship is the heartbeat of her existence. With an eagerness to learn, Judy strives to please her family. Treats, praise, and attention encourage her on to be the very best furry friend she can be. Story
Beautiful isn’t nearly enough to describe this adoptable girl! Red is approximately 2.5 years old and she is a female Husky mix who is full grown at 50 lbs. She was a wonderful momma dog who now has a chance to find her perfect home just like her babies did. Her fosters describe her as super fun, game for anything, doesn’t meet a stranger she doesn’t like, and goofy all the time. They said she keeps them laughing like no other dog they have ever had. She’s in foster with Sampson, who’s also looking for a home. Red would make a great 2nd dog for someone or a family’s best friend. This girl is just down to have fun and live life to the fullest!  Red is spayed, fully vetted, heartworm negative and microchipped.
