Aurora was found on Rt 372 on the Berlin/ Cromwell line. She is quiet and doesn't understand why she is here. She is very clean and well behaved. She likes the snow ( of course) and plays in it when we let her outside. She is vaccinated and vetted. Heartworm negative but she did show Lyme positive. She has no symptoms but as a precaution, our vet put her on a 30 day round of antibiotics. She is super smart and knows we hide the pills in treats so we have to keep thinking of different ideas. Husky's are very smart dogs !! Inquiries Call us at the shelter 860-828-7055 and leave your name, address, phone and your Vets name & contact info. All adopters must have a current Vet reference from a Vet who knows them.

Pancho has always lived outside and so would thrive in a space where he has a large outdoor space to run around in to get his energy out. Pancho knows some basic commands like sit and come but sometimes needs a treat in order to obey them.

Zelda and Ziggy are siblings who were rescued when their owner passed away. They are getting spoiled rotten at their foster home and they even sleep in the human bed. They are getting crate trained as well. They were very malnourished when they were first rescued but they are getting full bellies now and all the vetting they need and they are healthy, happy, playful pups despite their rough start. We estimate they were born about the first of December so if all goes as planned they will be fully vetted and ready to travel by the 2nd-3rd weekend in March. These pups are fostered in West TN but transport can be arranged.
