Meet Jackson, a handsome adult (estimated age 4-7 years old) neutered male husky who is every bit as sweet as he looks! This boy weighs about 47 lbs currently. His fur makes him look bigger than he is, but he's actually a bit underweight and needs to gain a few lbs (his foster is working hard at this, which Jackson does not mind ONE bit! ). Jackson is a very sweet, friendly boy who loves his people and enjoys making new friends - human and canine alike! He loves kids, but we recommend older kids 8+ or dog savvy kids, as he may unintentionally knock over a small child. He has not been cat tested, so we are unsure how he would do with cats. From Jackson's current foster: "Jackson is a super nice, clean boy with flawless house manners. He has had no accidents and is not destructive at all. Jovee is a healthy and growing 1 yr old pup. She is crate-trained and housetrained. Jovee would love to get adopted and go to the local doggie park and run and play with the other doggies there. She is a very attractive girl with blue eyes. We believe she has some yellow lab in her along with a husky given the blue eyes. We do know whatever her breed, she is a precious little girl looking for her forever home. Jovee - blue-eyed girl! is spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccinations, and current on flea/tick and heartworm preventative. All dogs 6 month + receive a Proheart 6 injection at the time of their heartworm test. This provides heartworm prevention for 6 months from the time of that injection. This dog has tested negative for heartworms. The adoption fee is $450 if your adoption is prepaid and final prior to your dog's arrival. An additional $50 will be charged on dogs that are adopted at an event, or foster home. This additional fee is necessary in order to comply with CT HB 5368. WANT TO MEET OUR DOGS IN PERSON? Wolfie is a smart, loving, husky mix. He loves to take naps, lay by your feet or accompany you on errands or roadtrips. He’s a bit on the leaner side but that is because he loves to run and play at the dog park twice a day - if you let him ☺️ I love him soo much, he’s my first husky and an amazing dog overall so it is very hard for me to rehome him as I planned to spend the rest of my life with him. With this in mind, I’m hoping his new family will keep in touch with me so I can stay up-to-date on his well-being and provide any support or help in the future when able.
