Story
I know what you’re thinking… “Wow. Does this guy belong in the mountains cruising around in a Jeep, hiking all day and hitting a brewery after with his human?” Or maybe you were thinking I’m a model. Either way… thank you 😌 My name is Legend, and why yes I live up to it. I’m a 2-year-old, medium-large boy with a big heart and even bigger personality. My foster mom did my DNA test, and here’s what makes me me: • 60% Siberian Husky • 23% Alaskan Malamute • 6% Border Collie • 6% Chow Chow • 5% Akita I got my name because I was dumped at my foster mom and dad’s gym “Iron Legend” and from that day on, I became their legend too. My Home Life I currently live with four dogs: • A 14-year-old Yorkie • A 3-year-old Yorkie • A 10-year-old Aussie • A 4-year-old Cattle Dog I also live with cats, and honestly? They hate me. I try. They give me the “two-piece combo” regularly. I still believe one day they’ll love me. (A house without a indoor cat would be the best fit for him) My Favorite Things • Car rides (shotgun preferred) • Coffee shop hangs with my humans • Hiking & exploring outdoors • TOYS (I had my first Christmas ever and went wild) • Sleeping in bed & watching TV at night • Stranger Things is my show—what’s yours? • Bananas (10/10 snack) Training & Personality I’m working on leash training not my fault squirrels exist. I love walks, learning new things, and I’m still very puppy. I am: • A huge cuddle bug • Very human-oriented • A goofy, happy boy • Treat-motivated and eager to learn • Known to jump like a dolphin at dinner time 🐬 I thrive with structure, consistency, and someone who enjoys being active and cozy. Legend’s Ideal Home Checklist ✔️ Active household (hiking, walking, adventures encouraged) ✔️ Someone who enjoys training and bonding ✔️ A home that understands husky mixes = personality ✔️ Would do great with another playful dog or as your one-and-only adventure buddy ✔️ Couch cuddles + outdoor time = perfect balance ✔️ Patient humans who will keep helping me learn Legend is being fostered in Houston Texas but is available for adoption many places across the country. The adoption fee includes transport.

Story
One thing you need to know about Dutchie Baby is that he is going to make you feel like you are the most important person in the world; because to him you are! If you're looking for a sidekick and a furry best friend that you do everything with, look no further because you've found him. Dutchie is an affectionate goofball that lives to love his person(s). He has the kind of eyes that say, "Where to next, bestie?" every time he looks up at you. Dutch is always ready for a snuggle, lean in for love, or follow you from the kitchen to the couch like it's his full time job, always making sure he's right there just in case you need him. Watch his video and you'll be falling in love with the sweetest soul: https://youtu.be/Wc93EXpeGqQ?si=2TSS7u-cV5lUn9AM Dutchie Baby is believed to be a GSD/husky mix approximately 1 year old and currently weighs 41 lbs. He is a rescue dog with any rescue, it's always a mystery and we cannot guarantee breed or age. There is one thing that we can almost certainly guarantee with Dutchie and you probably saw it in his video and noticed in his pictures. He is always smiling and happy! That might be my absolute favorite thing about him, his happiness and of course his silly tongue that is always hanging out LOL. Dutchie is hands down that type of dog that can make any day better. Dutchie is very dog friendly and has done great with all of the dogs we have introduced him to. He enjoys the occasional game of chase here and there, running around with other dogs and also enjoys hanging out and relaxing with other dogs too. In playgroups, he's the happy go lucky care free guy that's just enjoying life, happy to be there, exploring, all the things. He is very tolerant with other dogs and handles even the pushiest of dogs so beautifully. He doesn't get intimidated by vocal players and has been able to go in almost any play group. He does great around dogs that love to play and does great around dogs that just like to enjoy the nice weather. Want to know his favorite place to be, even when he is surrounded by a bunch of dogs? By his person, it's his favorite spot to be. In a home, he would do best with a fun loving female that likes to have a good time but also enjoys those calmer relaxing moments as well. In a home, Dutchie is thoughtful and considerate of his surroundings, particularly new ones and when it comes to meeting new people for the very first time. He will be respectful when you have guests come over and will take his time to introduce himself and get acquainted. He is so people oriented that after the initial meet, he'll be rolling on his back asking for belly rubs, giving your guests kisses, and literally hugging you in no time. He enjoys being outside and we would love to see him in a home with a backyard in the suburbs with a family that enjoys going on adventures, taking walks around the neighborhood, and even exploring nature trails. Rather than living in the heart of the city with all the hustle and bustle with loud noises. He is easy to walk on a leash, hardly ever pulling and if he does pull, all it takes is a slight correction and then he's walking like a distinguished gentleman again. On walks when he sees another dog or passes another dog, he is interested and happy to say hello but will also listen to his handler when it's time to keep moving along. Dutchie is very people oriented once he gets to know you and treat motivated which will make any future training that you may be interested in doing that much more enjoyable for you both. We are willing to test Dutchie Baby with anything you need us to in order to ensure it's a perfect match. We can make anything happen! Just let us know. Story
Believe me when I say, Sky Princess is one of the most affectionate Husky's I have ever met! She loves everything about physical touch. From getting her belly rubbed, to scratching behind her ears, to rubbing that booty, and even when you pick her up LOL. She loves it all! Sky is so incredibly tolerant with quite literally everything, even with her feet being touched. In her eyes, all affection is good affection. She quite literally will lean her whole body into you for affection and then will flop to the floor and ask for belly rubs. Sky is this way with kids too! It's incredible how loving she is. She is every husky lover's DREAM! Watch her video and fall head over heels for this sweet girl: https://youtu.be/7uFw65riWY0?si=fr53HgGeIV9evyX9 Sky Princess is a Husky mix approximately 1 year old and currently weighs 44 lbs. With all that fluff, she looks a lot bigger than she actually is but trust us when we say she is more fluff that she is poundage LOL. She is a rescue dog and with any rescue, it's always a mystery and we cannot guarantee age or breed. Just based off looks alone, it's pretty fair to say that she has some husky in that DNA. We'd be so happy to find adopters who have a little husky experience under their belt. Someone who gets their fun, independent spirit and is ready for a loving, adventurous companion. The level of love, affection, and admiration Sky has to offer is not only associated with adults, but it also extends towards children. Sky has been around kids ages 7 and not only immediately went up to Cash the second she met him but she also was so gentle and immediately wanted to shower him with love. When she first met Cash, he was sitting on the couch and she immediately went in and was leaning all over him in the gentlest way asking him to love on her. She was trying to reach her nose up to him with all her might to give him kisses while also making sure she didn't jump or come off too strong. It was an immediate connection. We believe Sky would make a great dog for a family with kiddos. Sky is very dog friendly and there hasn't been a dog that she has met that does not like her. She is SO good that she is even used and an assessment dog at the rescue. Which essentially means she is one of the very first dogs that greets a dog that we know nothing about to help us learn more about the dog coming into our program. She is incredibly respectful and patient with all different types of play styles, tolerant with even the pushiest of dogs, and is a calming comforting presence for even the shyest of dogs. Sky is the type of dog that knows how to perfectly match the energy around her. She is so good about matching energies with other dogs. She will be relaxed if they are more relaxed and she will play hard if they play hard and she likes dogs that are capable of doing both because she doesn't always want to play all day every day but she does like to play at the same time. She doesn't get jealous when other dogs get attention, she shares love, treats, and toys fabulously. If you don't have other dogs, that's totally fine! Flynn does not need the company of another dog to help her feel comfortable and open up. She is a happy and sweet little lady all on her own and we're sure she wouldn't mind being the center of your world. She's a total head turner with brains to match. Sky is a very smart girl and loves treats! She will do anything for a treat and will sit on a dime the second that you tell her too. If you know Huskies and have experience with them, then you know they are smart independent thinkers and that's no exception for Sky. She might pause to consider your request (and maybe throw in a theatrical sigh) but it's all a part of her charming, independent, spirit. When it comes to training, Sky thrives with patience, consistency, a good sense of humor (because she's going to make you laugh), and of course the holy grail - treats! She not picky about her treats either LOL this girl loves them all. Sky already knows how to sit, walks with no hesitation into her crate, and she is potty trained. When out on a walk, she is 90% of the time very easy to walk on a leash and walks right next to you for the most part. The other 10% is when she pulls out of excitement to go smell something or sees a friendly face. It's fairly easy to redirect her attention and to keep walking but does require a more experienced leash handler and a few leash corrections every now and then. But overall, she is a great walking companion. She would thrive in semi-active home environment that enjoys frequent outdoor activities such as hiking, camping, going to the beach or even casual play time in the yard. A family or individual who appreciates nature and is ready to explore parks, trails, or snowy landscapes would be perfect. While she loves the great outdoors and loves to explore, she is also a cuddly girly at home. If you enjoy the outdoors but also cherish time spent relaxing indoors, Sky is the perfect fit. She is the best of both worlds. She would also do best in a home with a backyard as well. A place where she can stretch her legs, check out all of her favorite sniff spots, roll around in the grass and sunbathe during those beautiful summer days. We are willing to test Sky Princess with anything you need us to in order to ensure it's a perfect match. We can make anything happen! Just let us know. Meet Walker, your future best friend and professional cuddle tester. Walker is the kind of dog who makes friends instantly. The second he met us he ran right up with pure excitement, happy hops, and tail wags. He absolutely loves people and thrives off of affection, attention, and being part of whatever you’re doing. Walker is a total social butterfly with the other dogs. He played amazingly with every dog he met no matter the size or personality, after a good play session and getting his Zoomies out he’s more than happy to switch into cuddle mode. He came inside, hopped on the couch and settled in while soaking up all the pets.I even wrapped him in a blanket and he was ecstatic over it. To see him wrapped like a burrito in the blanket check out his YouTube video https://youtu.be/Q2Q9J0d7nDE?si=xomsAEgv186e0g3L Treats are walkers weakness (and his motivation) training should be a breeze with them. Walker could use a little leash polishing, but he is smart and an eager boy who wants to do well. He did nicely meaning our cat and was very friendly, but because he is a bit jumpy we’d want to do more testing before placing him in a home with a cat as accidental bumps could happen. He has not been around kids yet, but based on his friendly, gentle nature, we believe he would love them and do great with them. Walker is a beautiful husky -Dutch Shepherd mix(no promises) he is about a year old and weighs 63 pounds. He’s athletic active and would do best in a home with a yard where he can run play and get his energy out before settling in for snuggles. Walker is truly the best of both worlds- playful, affectionate, energetic and cuddly. He’s ready to be someone’s adventure, buddy and lazy Sunday companion. Story
Meet Wiley, a 9-month-old shepherd/husky mix (our best guess!) who weighs just 33 pounds and somehow manages to pack an unreasonable amount of love, personality, and goofiness into one very handsome body. Wiley is pure puppy perfection with a big smile, expressive ears, and the kind of face that makes strangers stop mid-sentence to say, “Oh my gosh, he’s cute.” And the best part? He knows exactly how charming he is. He absolutely adores humans and has zero hesitation about showing it. If you sit down, he’s climbing into your lap. If you stand up, he’s leaning against you. If you exist near him, congratulations, you’re now his favorite person. From the very beginning, Wiley’s biggest strength is his love for people. He is incredibly affectionate, social, and happy to soak up attention from anyone willing to give it. He bonds quickly, seeks out closeness, and loves to cuddle right up with his humans. His foster describes him as a total cuddle bug, and that checks out—Wiley happily snuggles in, relaxes next to you, and clearly thrives on human connection. He has a soft, sweet heart and a silly, endearing way of asking for love that makes it impossible to say no. Lap dog? Absolutely. Personal space? Never heard of it. Watch Wiley’s video here! https://youtu.be/44UhKc_TJ2g?si=VkecVjevhrwg6yv4 Wiley also has a wonderfully goofy puppy personality. He’s playful, expressive, and full of happy energy, with a little bit of husky flair and that shepherd eagerness to be involved in everything you’re doing. He’s the kind of pup who will bounce over with excitement, give you a goofy grin, and then proudly show off whatever toy he’s carrying around. He can be a bit jumpy in his excitement because he just loves being with his people so much, but it’s all joyful enthusiasm and puppy charm. He’s extremely food motivated, which means training is actually a fun game for him—and he’s quick to respond when redirected. With other dogs, Wiley does really well and is very socially appropriate. He enjoys being around canine friends and, once he settles in, happily joins in play. During his assessment, we saw him warm up and start offering play bows and playful chase, and his foster reports that he plays well with her dogs at home, especially her two heelers. He enjoys having dog friends to run around with and would thrive with a medium-energy dog sibling who likes to play but also knows how to relax. He’s polite with treats, respectful around food bowls, and perfectly happy sharing space with other dogs without any drama. Wiley walks nicely on leash and is responsive and engaged with his handler. He corrects easily, checks in, and clearly enjoys walking with his person. He’s learning to fine-tune his leash manners, but his willingness to listen and his love of treats make him a joy to work with. He’s also doing well with crate training and is learning that the crate is a cozy, safe place—especially when snacks are involved. He’s even been known to snooze peacefully in his kennel during car rides, which is always a great sign. This handsome boy would do best in a home without cats, but otherwise he’s very flexible and adaptable. Because he’s still a growing puppy with happy, bouncy energy, he’d be best with older kids who can enjoy his enthusiasm and handle his affectionate hops. An apartment could work if his people are active, and he’d also love a home where he can play, explore, and then crash hard for cuddle time. Overall, Wiley is pure joy in dog form—sweet, cuddly, social, goofy, and full of love. He’s the kind of dog who will follow you around the house, make you laugh daily, and curl up next to you at the end of the day like he’s always belonged there.
