Story
Dublin is an 8 year old, 55 lb husky who is now ready to find his forever home. He was microchipped when he was found, and the owner on his chip stated they re-homed him. They provided info for the new owner, who stated they cannot keep him contained and asked if we could find a better home. Dublin is a sweet boy who gets along with everyone. He loves his orange toy. Like many huskies, he has seizures that are well-controlled with Keppra. He gets along with other dogs. We were told he gets along with cats - however - we have not tested that ourselves. He is crate-trained and potty trained, although he does not need the crate and is not destructive. He is also potty trained. He is a typical husky and will lock you out of your car, like he did to our foster, when you turn your back. He is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, heartworm negative, dewormed, on prevention, and has had blood work that shows he is a healthy dog. As a senior, his adoption fee is 100

Story
This sweet boy was found in Leonard Park, presumably dumped. He is approximately 1 year old and underweight at only 41 lbs, so he has a little room to grow. He is daycare certified and dog-friendly. He has not been tested with cats, but my gut says he wouldn't be a good fit. Dingo is a very good boy who loves to run and play. Our best guess is that he has some shepherd and/or husky in him. He does great with other dogs and is potty trained and crate trained. He likely hasn't been treated very well and can be shy with new people, but warms up very quickly. He also doesn't like if you move your hands quickly near his head, and will cower, so he may be best in a home without small children. Dingo is vaccinated, heartworm negative, microchip, neutered, and on prevention

Story
Meet Acadia! This handsome boy is looking for a home where he can enjoy the rest of his life. At 8 years old he still has so much life left, but he’s also slowing down just a bit. Acadia unfortunately found his way to us after his owner added a new cat, knowing that Acadia was not cat compatible. We are so sad for him, but we know that he has a future with someone who will love him like he deserves. He is a goofy guy and a typical husky. He can be aloof, but also has no problem requesting attention when he wants it. He loves to bounce around with you in excitement when he comes out of his crate in the morning, sometimes doing a little happy howl too. Acadia has done well with female dogs, and does get along with more laid back, males. He also is content being solo. Acadia loves to explore, go on walks, and just enjoy your company. Thankfully he has not been one to be an escape artist, and has respected his foster home's fencing (both chainlink and privacy fence). He is potty trained, fully vetted, and ready to go home. His adoption fee has been sponsored.

He is a sweet heart and joyful spirit. He is also a distemper survivor puppy left with permanent nerve damage to his nervous system. And after fighting to live litterly more times than we can count we are happy to share he always comes out stronger. Ghost has partial facial paralyzing, repeated tic movements, yet he is always happy and smiling. He has a huge heart full of love he is ready to share. Ghost is always up to going on walk, swimming, car rides, or just snuggles and cuddles as long as he can spend time with his humans he's always eager to please. He is amazing and strong will, and joyful all while spreading his love to all who is willing to share their time with him. Ghost is friendly with every animal of every species big or small, he loves them all. Ghost know all his basic command, muzzle trained, walks perfect on leash, great recall. He is all around awesome. Understanding that continued training is a lifetime commitment, is very important. Out-of-state adopters are welcome at the adopter's expense. Story
Meet Willa!!! Rescued from a local shelter Christmas of 2021 after a hoarding abandonment case of 27 plus fearful feral dogs left behind in a property. The home was condemned, disgusting filthy. A home in such condition, no animal or human should have to live in. Willa is believed to be at most 18 months, She and 3 others call the sanctuary home, temporarily, all are doing amazing with their rehab, learning what life as a loved pet should be. Willia is unsure and fears new people and change but with patience she surly warms up. She is independent some and still unsure if she wants human affection but will always take a treat, sit next to your feet, moves in for petting, willing to snuggle and even cuddle. Willa loves all the dogs,is good with cats and small critters too. Willa has a missing eye. She either was born without it or lost it to trauma. It makes no difference to her. She is no different than any other dog. A 100% secured fenced in yard is a must, A home with other pets is required. At least 1 other balance playful dog for her to follow/gravitate toward. Willa has an amazing personality she herself is still learning she has. She has a banshee screech that will knock your socks off and scare the hell out of you. But no worries its her excitement happy noise she makes when overly happy and or excited. Always best to approach her slow at first, lots of butt scratches, treats, soft voice and if you enjoying singing she enjoys being sung too. Willa needs a lot of confidence still, and that requires a lot of patience with no set time frame and expectations ever. Allow her to live life 1 day at a time. Willa walks amazing on leash, barks very little but barks, will make her presence known and will seek human interaction as she follow other dogs doing so. Willa is house and crate trained, up to date on all appropriate core vaccines including lepto, rabies, de-wormed, fecal tested negative, micro-chipped, neutered, and on monthly heart-worm flea/tick prevention. Story
I sure am cute, but I’m a ball of energy and natural instincts! I need to get my energy out and will want to play, cuddle, scratch, and dig. Puppies will naturally jump, wrestle, and want to put things in their mouth. But if you stick with me, we’ll be best friends forever! What you put into me is what you'll get out!
