Story
Meet Acadia! This handsome boy is looking for the home where he can enjoy life. At 7 years old he still has so much life left, but he’s also slowing down just a bit. Acadia unfortunately found his way to us after his owner added a new cat, knowing that Acadia was not cat compatible. We are so sad for him, but we know that he has a future with someone who will love him like he deserves. Acadia has lived with dogs in the past, but seems to prefer female dogs. He also is content being solo. Acadia loves to explore, go on walks, and just enjoy your company. He is potty trained, fully vetted, and ready to go home. His adoption fee has been sponsored.

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Please contact Ashley (ha.evans@yahoo.com) for more information about this pet. Online Adoption Application › Tripp is a handsome young adult male husky.  He's quite full of himself and LOVES to show off his husky voice.  He's very treat motivated & too smart for his own good sometimes.  He's dog friendly but does have a more dominant / confident demeanor.  Tripp does not see the need to befriend cats.  His prey drive gets the best of him so he's seeking a home with no cats.  Tripp is crate trained & medically up to date.  He's truly a goofball. He loves to run & play - whether that be with himself, with toys or with his furry foster siblings.  He is still working on mastering his manners & can sometimes struggle with meeting stragners politely.  Someone with breed experience would be best suited for Tripp.  Anyone interested in Tripp can apply at https://care.rescuegroups.orgVisit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.April 28, 2024, 12:13 am

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Please contact Melissa (812caremlemm@gmail.com) for more information about this pet. Online Adoption Application › Bolt is a handsome, energetic, and super sweet boy! DEFINITELY one of the cleanest dogs you will ever meet! Bolt loves everyone he meets and he loves attention. He does well with more submissive dogs. Proper introductuons are a MUST! Sadly cats are no friend of his. He will require  a cat free home. He really wants to be their friend, but doesn't  understand  he can't  play rough like with another dog. Bolt knows basic commands such as ‘sit’ and ‘crate/room’. He is eager to learn and treat motivated. He is super sweet and super smart. He is crate/house trained (currently he has his own bedroom at his foster home and has been a true gentleman). Bolt is a full grown guy and is the SMALLEST husky we have ever seen. He is agile and does the cutest twirl/dance when he is happy and wants attention. He walks well on leash and harness. He will require at least a 5 foot fence b/c he can jump and does have a bit of prey drive (squirrels, etc. drive him nuts). He likes to go outside and run for a bit…potty and then back inside with his family.  If you have any questions please contact his foster mom Jodie. **Contact the email above. All emails and applications  are being forwarded  to Jodie.**Bolt is up to date on  vaccines, microchipped, on monthly  preventatives and neutered.Visit  care.rescuegroups.org for his profile and application.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.April 28, 2024, 12:13 am

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Please contact Beth (beth.lemmerman@gmail.com) for more information about this pet. Online Adoption Application › Orion is a super sweet boy who loves to cuddle. He also loves toys, especially chewbones, running in the yard with the big dogs, and has made incredible progress with crate training and house breaking.  Orion's mom was a medium sized Husky. Orion is about 35 pounds at 6 months so we expect him to be medium once full grown.  Orion has finished all round of his puppy vaccines, rabies. He is neutered, microchipped and current on preventatives.  Orion has been socalized with a variety of different size dogs of varying energy levels. He has been around children, cats and even chickens and hangs out a frequently with our indoor pig. He does want to try to play with everyone but is learning appropriate manners.  We are a foster based rescue without a building so we do require to have an application filled out before meeting.
