Cielo loves attention, head rubs, going for runs, and, of course, being first in line for treats. She’s a little spoiled, and she knows it!Despite being a senior, Cielo still has plenty of energy and enjoys staying active. She’s friendly with children and strangers, has shown no aggression, and has no known health concerns.Cielo has spent her entire life alongside her best friend, Rocky. Estimated date of birth: June 16, 2026 Marko was found wandering the streets by a group of children with a very large hernia. Thankfully, a rescue stepped in, had his hernia repaired and had him neutered. He is healing well and is now ready to find his forever home! Marko is an active, vocal and delightfully sassy puppy. He will need a patient, committed family that understands puppy behavior and is willing to continue his training as he grows. He has already shown interest in going potty outside and will go while on a leash, so he is getting a great start on both house-training and basic leash skills. Like any young puppy, he will need consistency, supervision, appropriate outlets for his energy and plenty of positive reinforcement. He loves to be pet and will sometimes ask for pets by putting his head under your arm. When he’s in the mood for cuddles, his concept of personal space is somewhat lacking and he will lay on the couch on top of people. He is a bit skittish with new people, but gets over it pretty quickly when he realizes there are treats and pets available. He is food motivated but stubborn, so he would do best with a patient owner who can continue with his training. Triscuit has just gone through the long and difficult treatment for heartworm and is very excited to be able to run and play once again! He has husky energy and often gets the zoomies, running in circles until he’s tired. When entertaining himself, he will be sure to pull out every single toy in the toy bin and test them each individually until he is confident he found the best one. **If you are interested in adopting Yuki, please contact Caleb at caleb1594@gmail.com.** Meet Yuki 🐾 Yuki is a 3-year-old Husky who is, quite frankly, very good at being a Husky. He’s smart, energetic, athletic, and full of personality—and he’s looking for a home that understands what that really means. Yuki walks well on a leash and is house-broken. He’s crate trained, though he has occasionally demonstrated his impressive problem-solving skills by getting out of it. He has lots of energy and will need regular exercise and mental stimulation to stay happy. He can jump fences, so a secure yard (or supervised outdoor time) is a must. He enjoys being groomed and doesn’t mind baths, loves to cuddle, and is a big fan of belly rubs. Yuki also gets car sick, so short trips or some patience will be needed there. Yuki should be the only pet in the home—he is definitely not cat-friendly, and his behavior around other dogs or children is currently unknown. Because of his breed traits and energy level, Yuki would do best with an experienced Husky owner or someone who is truly willing to put in the time, training, and commitment this breed requires. In short: Yuki isn’t “too much dog”—he’s just exactly the dog you’d expect when you adopt a Husky. FOSTER OR FOSTER-TO-ADOPT NEEDED FOR LUCY This beautiful girl is 4 years old, about 30 lbs., and believed to be a Husky/Pomeranian mix. Before coming to CCRC, Lucy was used for breeding and had never even stepped outside. Imagine experiencing the world for the very first time at four years old. Lucy has been slowly learning that life can be safe, kind, and even fun. She has already made so much progress, but now she needs a foster home or even better, a foster-to-adopt home Lucy will need a safe, quiet space in the home where she can decompress and acclimate. She needs someone patient who understands that new things will take her a little longer. She has done amazing with the dogs she has met, so another friendly, confident dog could be a wonderful companion for her. And you won’t be doing this alone. CCRC will set both you AND Lucy up for success. We provide the supplies, guidance, transportation and support you need along the way. Lucy has spent enough of her life simply existing.
