Story
Drea is an 8 yr old female Husky. She is a very sweet and well behaved dog. She is not a barker or anything like that. The quietest dog I have ever seen actually. This is my father's dog who is unable to care for her since his wife passed away and his health issues. I know they rescued her in NC but his ex wife is trying to take care of her at the moment and has asked me to reach out for adoption. My parents are both almost 80 and Drea pulls her sometimes when she walks her. They had a doggie door where she let herself out to go where he lived in NC but here in NJ we are in a condo and she has had accidents while we were out so we started putting paper down but will let you know if she needs to go. We feel she needs someone with a fenced in yard and that can give her a lot of attention, like a companion or buddy. I noticed she seems to favor females. All her paperwork is with her. She had an operation on her knee but walks fine. Not sure of the backstory to that.

We’re not sure, but one thing’s certain: Wylie is 100% wonderful. 💛 This 2-year-old, 50-pound cutie was rescued as a stray and has been charming everyone he meets with his playful spirit and big heart. Wylie is the perfect mix of smart, silly, and social, he’s great with other dogs and absolutely lights up when there’s a kiddie pool nearby. Splash time is his happy hour!
