Story

Fynn is a female Husky/Australian Shepherd mix. She is about 10 years old, and we adopted her from a local rescue organization about 8 years ago. She is fully vaxxed and chipped. She is in pretty good health, considering her age. Fynn is a very sweet, loving, and loyal dog. She loves being petted (especially belly rubs) and playing tug-and-toss with a stuffed toy. She is leash-trained and loves walks outside. Give her a bed by a window or on a deck, and she will happily survey her queendom. Her personality is one that really wants to be your sole object of affection, and she will return that affection whole-heartedly. Her ideal home would be one without little kids or other dogs/cats. Fynn has never bitten a person, but she has been in fights with our other dog. She has been an important part of our family, but she gets anxiety around kids and other dogs. We want her to go to a home that will love her as much as we did, but can provide a more comfortable setting for her.

Meet Buddy: Buddy is a friendly Husky/Pyrenees/Shepherd/Golden Retriever mix that is 1 year old (as of July 2025) and weighs around 79 lbs. Buddy was found as a stray in a subdivision going from house to house looking for someone to help him. Buddy is very friendly and loves people. We are working with him on jumping up and hugging you, walking on a leash and counter surfing. Buddy is very playful and loves to play with lots of toys or grab a rug/robe and run in the yard with it. He is crate trained and has not had one accident in the home. He gets along with other dogs and because he plays hard we would recommend no small dogs. Buddy definitely needs a fenced in yard and a family that is very active. Meet Ace: Ace is estimated to be about a 3 year old (as of December 2025) husky / pittie mix (best guess) that weighs 57 pounds. Ace entered our rescue when his elderly owner was hospitalized and couldn't care for him any longer. Ace is currently being fostered in the south and would love to take the freedom ride north to Pennsylvania to meet more prospective families. Ace is super friendly and super energetic. Ace loves to meet new people and is very social. Ace likes to be active and could do really well with training to stimulate his mind and harness his energy. Ace loves to go for car rides. Ace likes to play with toys. Ace is affectionate and eager to please. Ace does well with other dogs and cats. Ace is house trained and crate trained.
