Meet Buddy:  Buddy is a friendly Husky/Pyrenees/Shepherd/Golden Retriever mix that is 1 year old (as of July 2025) and weighs around 79 lbs. Buddy was found as a stray in a subdivision going from house to house looking for someone to help him. Buddy is very friendly and loves people. We are working with him on jumping up and hugging you, walking on a leash and counter surfing. Buddy is very playful and loves to play with lots of toys or grab a rug/robe and run in the yard with it. He is crate trained and has not had one accident in the home. He gets along with other dogs and because he plays hard we would recommend no small dogs. Buddy definitely needs a fenced in yard and a family that is very active. Meet Ace: Ace is estimated to be about a 3 year old (as of December 2025) husky / pittie mix (best guess) that weighs 57 pounds. Ace entered our rescue when his elderly owner was hospitalized and couldn't care for him any longer. Ace is currently being fostered in the south and would love to take the freedom ride north to Pennsylvania to meet more prospective families. Ace is super friendly and super energetic. Ace loves to meet new people and is very social. Ace likes to be active and could do really well with training to stimulate his mind and harness his energy. Ace loves to go for car rides. Ace likes to play with toys. Ace is affectionate and eager to please. Ace does well with other dogs and cats. Ace is house trained and crate trained. We would love for Ace to have a home with a fenced in yard so he can play freely. Ace is up to date on his shots and neutered. Oliver is a very good boy, but has had a hard time adjusting to life with a baby in the home. While he loves kids, he doesn't do well with young kids in the home that draw attention away from him. He would do best with children school age, or older. He has lived with another dog, and a cat and does well with both. He's well trained and very smart, but he requires a lot of attention and a lot of exercise.
