Story
Hi everyone, I'm Beatrix. I lived my whole life being an item for sale by a breeder. I have only lived outside and didn't get to experience the love of a family or the warmth of a home. Finally, I'm free and am ready for what my new life has to offer! I am still nervous about the world, but my foster brother helps make sure I am comfortable exploring, he also lets me know that people aren't all scary and that it can be okay to trust them. I would do best in a home with another dog so I could continue to learn to navigate the world and keep growing more confident. If you are interested in fostering or adopting Beatrix, please fill out an adoption application at https://bfp.org/rescue/ and email us with questions: adopt@bfp.org. Location: San Francisco, CA

PLEASE NOTE! Unless stated otherwise, our dogs and puppies are located in Arkansas, and transported to the north/northeast once adopted. We do occasionally have dogs/puppies placed in foster homes in the north/northeast. In the cases where the pet is somewhere other than Arkansas, it will be noted beside the name of the pet.2/24/24 Still available! 1/26/24 Introducing our beautiful Sheba! This stunning husky was found as a stray and has not been claimed. She had no identification and was not microchipped. So it's time to find her a new home! Our vet estimated that Sheba is about 1 year old. She has been brought up to date on vaccinations, spayed, and heartworm tested (negative!). Sheba is in a foster home with multiple other dogs of various sizes from tiny to large, cats, and elementary school age children and she has done very well with all of them. She is a calm, sweet natured dog who is very smart and easily trained. She does not jump up on people and is very well behaved. Sheba is housetrained as well. Located in Arkansas, but transport is available. Adopter must be able to pick up or arrange for someone to pick up for them at one of the following times/locations. Story
Neko is a rambunctious pup, who could use a little training. He needs someone with patience. He would do best in a home where the people are active. Do to his excitability and jumping, we are looking for a home with children over 12 years old. He loves to play. Neko doesn't get along well with all dogs or cats. Interested adopters need to come a few times to meet. He would do best with a fenced yard.

Story
Sweet Max Williams is a 2 yr old Husky mix weighing 35 lbs. He was found as a stray and had been attacked by dogs, but still loves every human and dog he meets. He loves care rides and kids, cats unknown as none in foster home. Max Williams is house trained, crate trained and knows basic commands. He is neutered, heart worm negative and UTD on vaccines and preventatives. Max is looking for his forever family who must love dog cuddles and willing to give belly rubs. He is being fostered in New Holland PA PA Caring for K-9's PO Box 356 New Oxford PA 17350; LIC #9736   We are PA Caring for K-9's, an all-breed dog rescue that is solely run by volunteers. We cannot adopt out dogs to a home with dogs that are not fixed or up to date on shots. If interested in adopting, please submit an application online at www.pack9rescue.org. Our adoption fee for altered dogs is $350 and goes directly to saving the lives of more dogs.  Our adoption fee for unaltered puppies will be $400 which includes a refundable $50 deposit upon receipt of spay/neuter certificate.
