Story
Hi, I’m Faith! If you’re looking for a dog who will love you with her whole heart, I think we should meet. I’m an incredibly sweet, affectionate girl who loves being around my people. I walk nicely on leash, love treats, enjoy playing, and after a few sniffs around the yard, I’m ready to soak up all the attention you’re willing to give. I’m eager to please, easy to handle, and always happy to join in whatever adventure you have planned. Whether we’re going for a walk, playing together, or just relaxing with plenty of pets, I’m happiest when I’m by your side. I have so much love to give, and I can’t wait to find a family to share it with! 3159 Susquehanna Trail N York, PA 17406 Kennel #:3537

Story
This cool dude is Ellis! He came to the shelter as a stray and is now looking for his furever home. He is the stereotypical husky; vocal, independent, and intelligent. Since he has some handling sensitivity and does not appreciate sharing his treats, any children in the home should be 13 and older. His ideal family will have breed experience, or at least experience with guarding behavior. He tends to come on strong with other dogs, but may do well with proper introduction. We are not sure how he feels about cats but he is also willing to try. Ellis is an active, spunky, and endearing pup who deserves a home where he can thrive. Does he sound like the right fit for you?---If you are interested in adopting, please come prepared --bring a photo ID, proof of address, and everyone in the home including resident dogs with vaccination history. Story
Awooo, I`m Rhett! I`m a young pup looking to find my furever home! I was found as a stray but want a place to call my own. I`m young and have lots to learn, but with a patient home I know I can be an amazing pup! Typical to my breed I can be vocal and energetic and love to play. I would do best in a home that can give me the exercise, training and enrichment I need to be my best self! I am also still a young dog and would do well with a family that can work on my doggie manners. I am open to living with children of all ages. I am also open to living with other dogs with a introduction done here at the shelter. I do not know how I feel about cats but may be able to coexist with a slow intro in the home. Do I seem like a good match for your home! If so, then come down to the shelter and lets get to know each other! Story
Meet our happiest boy, Prince! He enjoys long walks and playing in the yard with his human and dog pals! Stuffed animals are his favorite toys! Prince does well with other dogs. He has no history with cats, though he may do best without cats due to his breed. He would do best with older children due to his exuberance at times! He is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on age appropriate vaccines. He is available for foster or adoption at the Pet Pantry's second facility in Lancaster. Story
Hey I`m Buddy. I sadly had to come to the shelter as my owner passed away, but I`d love to live out my golden years in a warm loving home. I`m a senior dog but I still have some spunk in me and have a playful side. I can be a little sensitive for handling and can take some time to get comfortable with new people. I would Ideally like to be in an adult only home. I am open to living with another dog with a proper introduction here at the shelter. I haven`t been around cats before but am open to try with a slow intro in the home.
